Katy is such an amazing person and caretaker for your beloved pet. She has watched my two cats a few times and they are always extremely happy after her visits. My shy girl hides from everyone but makes biscuits and purrs for Katy. She sends lots of pictures to keep your mind at ease.

Katy is amazing! She took care of my very shy kitty for 3 weeks and Luna to my amazement was on her lap on the very first day! Highly recommended!

Katy provides excellent care for our two border collies. They are always excited to see her, and they come home happy and tired at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Katy did an amazing job of looking after my cat Milo. I loved receiving daily updates on how Milo was doing and it warmed my heart to see that he had bonded with her in the short time that they spent together. It was very reassuring to have someone as trustworthy as Katy looking after my beloved pet and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

We are so glad we found Katy to look after our cats! Our kitties are extremely shy and fearful, but somehow Katy was able to get pictures of them every day and sent them to us for reassurance. We love Katy! Honestly, it’s been hard to find reliable pet care and our two little dogs don’t do well in kennels. We have a mini poodle and a shitzhu poodle mix. We found Katy through a referral and I can confidently say my two pups get so excited going to her house which makes us happy and worry free! She sends updates and pictures all the time and you can really tell they get spoiled like they’re her own. Yes, kennels are probably a bit cheaper, but knowing our dogs have freedom, friends, cuddles and lots of play time along with hikes makes home boarding 100x better. Dogs are so smart and ours have shown us when they don’t vibe with someone. They adore Katy and her two little dogs Kevin and Pogo! We’re no longer stressed about planning trips and who’s going to puppy sit. Highly recommend Katy for boarding, day care or even just taking your dogs for a hike! She’s the best! Thank you Katy for all that you do for our boys!

Katy cat-sat for me for several years and I am so sad that she moved to Kelowna! She was the first person I would contact after booking a vacation, and I never had to worry about my cat while I was away - bonus that she gets the best cat photos to send, which the kids loved seeing. Sending any animal parents I know in Kelowna her direction:).

Katy is the best there is. She walked and boarded my dog for years but that was just the tip of the iceberg: she truly cares, she is 100% reliable, and she is a really wonderful person. My dog was so excited every time she saw her, which speaks volumes.and it was a relief to know she was in such good hands every time I went away. Katy is also awesome with cats. And you get amazing pictures! It was like losing a family member when she left Vancouver, and I don’t think we’ll ever be able to find her equal. Suffice to say, I would not hesitate to recommend her - walk don’t run to have your fur kids in her care!

Katy is the best and we are sad to know she is moving to Kelowna. Two of our dogs have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to use her services over the last ten years and she was a great comfort to our family knowing our dogs were in such great hands. She was always so professional, reliable and kind.

Katy took care of my cats for years before she moved her business. She went over and above to make sure I knew my kitties were in good hands! I especially appreciated the daily photo updates, it really made me feel cozy knowing she even managed to get my shyest one out to play. Would recommend her to anyone.

Katy is amazing! We highly recommend Furkids. My dog loves her and we loved seeing all the amazing photos of the dog adventures when out on walks. We'll miss her and wish her all the best in her new city.

I have been a very happy and satisfied customer of Furkids Pet Care for so long I don't even remember a time before they helped me with all my animals! I'm so sad Furkids has moved to Kelowna. BUT! If anyone in Kelowna is wondering if Furkids is for them, I can assure you that you and your fuzzy family members will be in the very best of hands (oh, and fish as well!).
