Thank you to FYI Osoyoos for caring after I was involved in a high speed accident and was having vision problems. I only went because my frames broke and they said they were concerned about me and two hours later had me in for a total eye exam.
Wow. So compassionate and gentle as I was in alot of pain. When finished they gave me my glasses
Brand new frames not covered under warranty for free. They stayed after hours to complete eye exam and now I can rest assured that they are staying on top of my eyes and explained what was happening.
What a beautiful gift just before Christmas.

While travelling through Osoyoos on holidays in August I stopped at this office to get my glasses fixed. The young lady at the front desk (long blonde hair, sorry did not get your name) so kindly replaced the nose piece and cleaned my glasses too. What a lovely lady to be greeting customers. Very poor customer service. Staff were rude and condescending. Were not concerned at all that they left a customer very dissatisfied.

I recently lost a screw on my prescription sunglasses while on vacation. Jenna at FYi doctors kindly fixed them and at the same time also tightened the other screw and cleaned my lenses. I was very thankful for her help. Lovely office.

I had an emergency with one of my eyes and called here and they had me in by days end. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. From the incredibly nice secretaries to the young assistant Brad to the great doctor who examined my eyes, these people are awesome. Very thorough and complete. It was so worth the hour drive to get there. I will use them again for sure. Thank you so much.

Providing me excellent eye care and outstanding, in fact mind blowing, customer service since 2014. Alicia has always been professional and kind. Yes the doctors do change periodically but that’s not terrible as they seem to be well trained in the newest most up to date treatments. They’ve all been professional, polite, outstanding and know their stuff. They caught an eye condition that could have been devastating if not found so early. Can’t say enough good about this FYI clinic.

Had to drop in to get my glasses adjusted today. Was greeted and quickly looked after very professionally and courteously.

The doctor I saw was very thorough, plus my medical paid for some of it! It was a good experience for me here in Osoyoos!

Came here on Monday with glasses that were broken/needed adjustment. Was able to see a technician straightaway and they fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes. Friendly and efficient - highly recommend. Will be coming here the next time I need a pair of glasses.
