I needed to replace a broken nosepad in my glasses and the very kind lady not only did it for free but she changed both of nosepads. The new ones are much better than my previous. That was a truly nice surprise. Thank you! In the meantime I looked and the collection of the frames and saw a couple of very pretty ones.

I’ve come here multiple times for my eye exams. I’ve always had great friendly service from Dr. Burgess, he is very easy to talk to. I recommend speaking to Edward for glasses.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Edward with my sunglasses. His suggestion of purchasing replacement lenses was brilliant, as I didn't realize that this was an option. Will definitely be back to see him for all future eyeglass needs and would not hesitate to refer him to others.

I went in to get new lenses for some frames I had recently purchased in Toronto. Peyman was very helpful in explaining all aspects of transition lenses and he was most professional and courteous.

I bought a pair of glasses from here a while ago. Recently a screw came lose which caused the lense to fall out, but the staff repaired and polished my glasses for free. It was very appreciated, the staff is friendly and very helpful. 5/5

Went in with a prescription from another Optometrist (not FYiDoctors), and had a million questions because the optometrist I saw wasn’t clear and didn’t answer all my questions. FYiDoctors Yaletown location was fantastic. He pulled out glasses that would work for the lenses I would need and be a good fit for a petite face, so I didn’t have to spend my time trying on frames that would have been a no-go. He was very patient and helped me understand everything. Haven’t gotten the glasses back yet, but I feel like I will be well taken care of as the process progresses.

I had the pleasure of working with Peyman few weeks ago! He was attentive and really helpful. He took almost two hours with me to pick the right frame that matched my face. And the doctor was fun and really helpful as well! I got the glasses I need and did a full eye exam! I will be back for sure!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Burgess for 10+ years and have always had a great experience. Him and his staff are always very accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and make us feel comfortable and never rushed. So happy for the care we have received over the years and thankful to have such a great little clinic in my neighborhood!
