The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They take their time in explaining what is needed and offer helpful suggestions.

After feeling a bit let down with my previous optometrist, I feel lucky to have found FYI. Everyone at the office is friendly and professional and I left there with a good knowledge of how to help take care of my eyes. I've found my new optometrist office!

For service above and beyond Meagan is incredible.

Fantastic service. I have a complex prescription and user needs for my glasses and frames. I got the two hours and multiple people that I needed. Not that the office is slow. Other people were in and out in a few minutes.

I personally don’t like talking to people that much, but the workers were really friendly and the service was quick. They got what I came in for done nice and fast, so it’s a great job in my book!

This dentist office is way too far and they didnt even fix my rotten tooth.im also super old and cannot drive, so you can imagine the pain in my joints as i walked the 30 hour walk.it was 92 miles from my house, so i had to plan my appointment 3 days in advance.when i finally did arrive, i entered in the waiting room.the called me down, i had no problems with that.for some reason they tested my eyes but i told them the problem was with my teeth.they glared at me, thats some rude customer service.they brought me to the operating table and smashed some glass in my mouth? They told me to buy some frames on the way out to "permentalize" the effect.whatever that means.the walk back wasnt as bad as the walk there.ill be going again wednesday to friday for my second appointment.

ALL the doctors are so great at Fyi. If I could, I would pack everyone up and moved them with me! Sure wish I had this team up here with me

My family has been seeing Dr. Saccucci since we moved back to the Valley in 2015! I also went there growing up when it was Coastal! Dr. Saccucci has been there for both my kid’s first pair of glasses, my daughter being fit into her first pair of contact lenses, my eye care and everything in between! I cannot recommend her enough!

I once had a very scary accident at work and gave myself a chemical burn on my cornea. FYi was super accommodating and got me an appointment immediately as I was flown into Campbell River. With quick action and fast prescribed antibiotics, I was on my way to healing and fully better in three days. I’ll never forget that experience! Thank you so much
