Do not trust these sneaky people! Jug and Gary. Owners will NEVER own up to a mistake, they have no customer service courtesy. To back up my claims take a look at the lowest reviews, there seems to be a theme. The owners unfortunately have a habit of being unable to own up to a mistake, although everyone makes mistakes. They will deny and deny rather than wanting to resolve a issue. When the establishment is at fault they will be quick to put the blame on you, the customer. Doing business here is clearly a liability and after reading the reviews I see many red flags.

I have been going to G&A for years. There price is reasonable and Garry always fits me in when my vehicle's are acting up. Recently both my cars ac went down. Thank god I called the shop. I drove to the shop and they diagnosed my ac and found the leak. Filled the freon and my truck's ac was colder then ever! These guys are highly recommended!

Boyd auto body took my car here for a wheel alignment and they passed it with a broken control arm and control arm mount. Would not trust this place. Left a vm can’t wait for this one because when I Picked up my car it had a Broken control arm and mount and it just left your shop. They never called me back when I left a vm.

Updated again…. Took my car to Kal tire as car felt funny at highway speeds. Putting around town was fine. Kal tire said my alignment was so bad my tires would have been destroyed fast. This is after they had my car in there shop 2 times for alignments.

Jug and Gary are super helpful, not just mechanics, but community members that treat their clients like friends and family. I trust them and know that they will make sure my vehicle is running safely for my family.

Very professional friendly staff. Fair pricing. I had a fuel pressure problem and they changed my fuel pump and cleaned the tank. And installed new injectors for a reasonable price. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent shop to take your vehicle into. They also replace a rusted fuel sending unit on my gf truck and where fast and efficient at getting it done.

March 16/22: Wanted to say thank you so much for taking care of my mom's tire issue today. She was so apprehensive about having to deal with another shop after such a bad experience at another dealership shop. She was so happy when she left and I'm very appreciative for that! Gary and Jug always take care of my truck. They are fair and Jug makes sure you know what's going on and it's never me having to call first. Especially as a female, they take away that stigmatisation of not being treated fairly. Would not take my truck anywhere else.

I love this place. I will admit that I am quite the bargain hunter (aka cheapskate), so if this is the only shop I will go to willingly then you know they're doing something right. Prices are FAR more reasonable than dealerships or CT, who will charge you anywhere from 1.5x to 2x as much. However price isn't everything, and the main selling point for G&A is their honesty, efficiency, and extensive knowledge. I bring mine and my mum's car here for all the maintenance that I can't do on my own or don't trust myself enough to attempt. They use Napa parts, which I admit are a little pricey, but they still charge less than if you were to buy the parts directly off of Napa's site. The parts also come with a warranty, so this is great for big things like brakes. Labour rates are also reasonable compared to dealerships and CT. They will also call you beforehand and let you know of what the cost will be for bigger maintenance jobs. Big thanks Jug, Vern, and everyone else!

My poor old Acura was sick as a dog! Jug and the gang replaced and fixed my blown coils, leaking valve cover.

My car now drives like it was brand new and Jug was even able to get my price down to an affordable amount after more issues sprung up… 10/10 will use them again. Great customer service and so much appreciation for all your help, friends!

Bad customer service he quoted $200 than he call said $800 after picked up car charged more $1900 and if I didn't pay him he wouldn't return my car. Don't go there

Went to get the engine light diagnostic. Took my car for 2 days charged me a lot and still not fixed the issue. Told me it will cost another $1000 bucks to get it fixed. Also broke my engine cover and never got me a new one. Poor experience

Gary and his team really hooked me up during a time of need. My Porsche 911 Turbo's passenger side door lock actuator + window regulator + central locking system ALL decided to die simultaneously. Complicated wiring issue - no amount of mindless parts replacing would've fixed these issues.

Gary and team went through hell and back to solve, essentially, 3 issues simultaneously. Good old-fashioned mechanic and diagnostic skills, communicating things to me the whole time. Lots of shops like to use "European Specialist" as a descriptor.and charge accordingly, whereas Gary and his team know it all. They took a complex issue and fixed it.under budget too! Can't recommend enough. Thanks boys

Not sure why people gave this place a high rating. Must’ve been taxi cabs or rebuilt owners that reviewed it. Took forever to finish my car and ripped me off in the mean time. Would not recommend. And YES I did bring my vehicle here awhile

I've been going to G&A Car Clinic for around 8-9 years now. Gary and his crew have always outperformed themselves on my vehicles. Their customer service and expertise has kept me coming back to their shop. Not only do I come here but my immediate and extended family also have been coming to the shop for years. Very trustworthy mechanic shop and highly recommend!

I took my BMW X3 2008 for differential rear replacement (7 bolt) and I told them the part is in my car deck. They didn't have the part so I bought from outside.

Unfortunately, eBay sent me 8 bolt differential instead of 7 bolt.

As a mechanic you need to confirm that the part actually fits into the car which they didn't confirm.

It was clearly visible that the differential rear (which I brought) was 8 bolt. Before lifting the car, it was their responsibility to check the VIN number and verify that the available part would fit into the car or not. But they didn't verify.

Just look at the picture of differential rear, even a 6 years old can count the number of bolts. And they couldn't verify that the part was wrong or right.

They asked me to pay the labour charges which I shouldn't have paid.

Brought my Lexus and VW here for oil change and transmission flush. Gary the owner is honest and trustworthy he doesnt surprise you with unexpected repairs and always trys to save you money.

Best car mechanic shop around North delta.they actually care about everyones cars and will fix it right the first time or they would fix again.

Gary is a stand-up guy who runs a tight shop. He personally investigated an issue and took the time to explain the problem and next steps in plain language. I know a decent amount about vehicles but he would be able to make anybody understand the problem and solution. Glad I found a local place and people I can trust to work on my car.

Absolutley love the service! Brought 2 cars from Alberta for vehicle inspections. Went off without a hitch! The guys went through my cars up and down and made sure everything was up to legal standards. Amazing service. Highly recommend, I'm a customer for life!

To start off; Don't go here for a Out of Province Inspection/ Motor Vehicle inspection.
I took my car in to get cleared for a VI, put the stock exhaust back in, measured below the legal limit with a calibrated meter, and made sure everything worked before hand. And for some odd reason, my car still failed due to "offset tires", and the fact that my exhaust hung too because my headers were too long? Clearly whoever inspected my car has never worked on a 94-95 mustang 5.0 before as he was confused when I told him they were stock headers and that's how the exhaust was from the showroom floor back then. The funniest part was is he told me to put "stock manifolds or something back on", what am I supposed to do there? And my "offset tires"? What safety concern does that pose to anyone? The car has no tire poking past the fenders, so I guess all cars now with staggered tires are an immediate threat to the general public, god forbid they have more than "20mm" wider tires in the back than the front. They also said that there were "lots of things that need attention", however not a single thing was noted on the printout. Lastly, no plastic wrap or paper was used to cover the seats before a worker in his greasy coveralls hopped in the car and drove it back out and stained my red interior. This shop is a joke, and I wouldn't trust them to change the oil in my lawnmower due to the pure lack of knowledge and carelessness. 0/5 stars if it were possible

Ive got a lot invested in my Toyota and hoping to get it to a million K! For any mechanical issues I’ve always dealt with G & A and they have never disappointed in timeliness, quality of service, professionalism, and pricing. I’ve never left the shop feeling like I’ve been had or paid too much for poor service. Over the years I’ve seen plenty of mechanic and repair shops but this place is hands down the best mechanic to have in your corner.

I came in with a 1990 nissan skyline to get a inspection done as to determine if i should buy it or not. The staff in the front office were more than happy to help me out and the pricing was perfect, they worked with me to figure out what worked best and i could not be happier. The work performed was quick and painless and i highly recommend G&A's!

Evan did a nice job helping me out in a recent purchase that had some heater issues. They had a bad part come in and they took care of the problem so far.

I drive a jeep wrangler and I beat on it off roading! Almost monthly I'm in the shop getting something fixed Gary and the gang are amazing and fast! I never have too much of a wait and the same thing never breaks twice! I recommend these guys anytime and all the time!

Guy that did my alignment knows what he is doing and was really good at it, but the office didn't tell me about the extra charge for the custom alignment. It'll be nice to know the price first instead of being surprised in the end. Alignment guy was awesome. Management no.
