Worst service I’ve ever had. I wanna change my flight ticket date. Gagan who works here wanna charge 700$ extra. But when I canceled my ticket online at Aircanada site and my refund went through there account then they don’t want to refund my money if anyone wanna book flights go to other agencies or try directly online don’t come here

We met Chandar at the office yesterday. Professional, courteous, efficient, polite and helpful. He listened to us and worked with us to accommodate our plans. Highly recommend this business and staff.

By far the worst travel agency in town, have no idea how they are still in business other than by preying on non tech savvy Indo Canadian Community. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I am looking for 0 or negative for this gaba travel. Chinese airlines are giving full refund, but they are keeping 100 $ dollar for their service fee. Even the customer is asking for other airline tickets too. So cheap management ever seen

Worst place ever don't ever go only if you want to be robbed of your hard earned money taking advantage of old immigrant people who don't understand any better. Very rude there is a million other places you can book your ticket choose someone else if you want yo avoid trouble and a hassle. I would seriously give you 0 if it were an option pathetic excuse for a business strong arming people once you have there money

you back and lady over the phone ways speaks Rudely. Bought ticket from other travel agency. Will never recommend this to anyone. THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR RATING BUT TOO BAD THERE IS NO ZERO RATING AVAILABLE

The worst travel agency if they have 0 star will give them when someone want to buy tickets they r so helpful but when u have to extend they start making excuses
