Svetlana is a rarity in kindness, consideration and expertise. I told my lawyer that I love my accountant, and he said he'd like to meet her because people never say they love their accountant. I am grateful for her service and care of my accounting needs.

I live abroad and I needed a specialist that would help me with my personal taxes back in Canada. I was dealing with a complex situation while the deadline to file my taxes was quickly approaching; I lacked the knowledge and I couldn't find the right person that could assist me.
After explaining my case to Svetlana, she made me feel reassured that she would know how to handle it. Despite the time difference, she was accessible, would take the time to clarify any doubts and overall was always pleasant to talk to. Months after I still reach out with questions and as always she promptly replies back.
