Expensive if not on a Tuesday.concession snacks cost more than watching the movie itself.which is obscene. Decent theatre but could definitely use some upgrades for the price you pay.

Went here to see the Barbie movie with family. Not too bad, the theatre itself is kind of small but there was dedication to the “galaxy” theme. Overall not a bad experience.

Awful seating, image distorted from AA: 1. Movie unwatchable. Feel ripped off. Why have these seats available for screen viewing.

The popcorn here is yummy The movie we watched was Excellent True story about Children abduction and slavery. Extremely important message for all. #soundoffreedom

The seating is very comfortable. It is a bit expensive, for combo popcorn, drink and candy. Usually it’s just me eating the popcorn, and I love going to a movie for popcorn, but I can’t eat the large. Wish they’d have combos for medium bags, with a medium drink.

It's pricey, pocorns kind of terrible, but clean, great staff and the sound is amazing

Immediately as I walk into the business and I start heading towards the self serve kiosk, one of the staff members there with the MOST condescending attitude says " you can purchase your tickets from a REEAL person just over there " and she pointed towards the concession counter. She did this without even knowing why i was at the business, without knowing if I was purchasing a ticket for now, tomorrow or further into the week, Or weather I was there to just browse to see what movies they had in theater. That was precisely why I was there, and I went to the self serve to not waste any staff member's time or any other customer's waiting in line.

The icing on the cake is this has not only happened one time at this location, but every time I have stepped foot in the building. If you dare approach the self serve kiosk, be prepared for an earful. This lady needs a serious attitude adjustment, and should understand that different customers have different business needs.

Nice to have a ciniplex but gets overly crowded during big releases along with very pricey food options. Unfortunately, unlike other ciniplexes, this one is quite small but still gives a immersion experience in the theater

Ok theatre that definitely needs an upgrade or refurbishing. We've been in one of the theatres here where the sound was off the whole movie. Even their avx sound is off and not what it should be. For what it costs to go see a movie, you'd think they'd spend some money on fixing up the place.

Decent Cineplex for a town the size of Chilliwack. Abbotsford is nicer with IMAX and VIP theaters.

I went on my bd, the young guy at the foods counter was funny amazing and hilarious as he upsaled stuff. He was also helpful in showing the deals to going the costs down a little. (Stuart?). The staff member that took the ticket was awesome, she even cleaned the theatre after, was friendly, ask how everything was. Very very good crew you have right now.

My son and I went to see the Super Mario Bros movie. I haven’t been in a theatre since The secret life of pets was playing.

They were not showing The Super Mario Bros on the UltraAVX like other Cineplex theatres around the lower mainland, it was playing on the regular outdated screen with very uncomfortable seating.

When the movie came on, I was thinking what happened to the picture quality, it does not look like the trailer. I quickly realized it was the theatre screen itself.

Overall my son was happy, except for the parents who brought their toddler with them. The toddler was whining and carrying on, my son has autism and the toddler was distracting him through half of the movie.

Overall for me, it would have been nice to see the movie in better quality more crisp and not blurry in some scenes. And to not have a toddler in the theatre if you can’t keep him content.
