My favourite theatre because I know that if I go to see a non-children's movie before 5 pm, my bf and I will have the entire auditorium for ourselves.

My experience is excellent because of the staff.

Because I feel valued as a customer, I continually return to this theatre.

We went to watch the Barbie movie and the picture was very clear and the sound was great. The people out front were very polite and it was easy to order. Very enjoyable movie experience.

Got all dressed up in pink with my daughters to go see Barbie and when they scanned our tickets, I had accidentally purchased them for the previous day. The staff member called over the theatre manager Brittany who offered us vouchers so we could see the movie as planned. Thank you Brittany for the amazing customer service! You made our day.

It's standard for a movie theatre. You go to it, you watch the thing on the projected screen, and then someone points out that they can hear everyone eating popcorn and then nobody has a good time.

Expected experience is expected, and that is the way I like it. Zero complaints.

It was cold, bring a sweater. And loud, if over a certain age, bring ear plugs. And don't forget to take put a 2nd mortgage for the snacks

Volume was excessive
So loud that earplugs didn’t work
My partner turned OFF his hearing aids& still too loud
Will never return again until something’s done
Who do we call to address this problem?

Cinema was clean and staff very nice, attempted to watch bullet train, was terrible, ask for our money back

A great theatre! Buying tickets online makes life easier. I wish they had a medium combo option but otherwise, the popcorn is always fresh and they have a decent selection in candy. I would recommend getting a scene card if you're a movie buff and even signing up for the scene clubs to get 20% off purchases if you go often, it pays for itself! Clean theater, clean bathrooms, great staff ️

I saw Elvis here and it was great. Popcorn was so freaking tasty OMG. The bathroom was only okay

I have a soft spot for galaxy cinema, I love a good movie, I don't care that I have to spend 40 bucks for a combo. Would like to see a little updating to some of there screens (speakers seem blown seat updates etc.)

Spent 55 min in concession lineup today. Line up was blocking door entrance. I entered when there were 2 service lines open. Arrived 25 min early and still missed beginning of film. Why can't we prepay for concession online?

Had a good movie here tonight. Theatre was a bit older then I expected but it was in good shape! Staff was friendly. We will be back again at some point!

Came to see Spiderman pretty much as soon as i got my vaccine first day Wednesday i got turned away because my card hadnt yet updated. I continued to ask the lady would they be showing the movie in 3d tomorrow she said yes. So i went on the site to find the time 715 all good come in at 7 to see the movie at 715 and i get told no 3D you must wait until 745 in the lobby. I then showed the man my phone where I brought up their movie times and it says clearly 715. He goes were not showing at 715…. THEN DONT PUT ON YOUR SITE 715. Have pictures to prove it.

I'm a big fan of their safety protocols when you enter and the great atmosphere created by the staff. When I went to see the spiderman movie I was a little disappointed to see the rows of people not separated as much.

The only place to see first run movies indoors, covid note - if your in a group pay together, otherwise you will be separated by a chair

It’s a good theatre as far as it goes but why only allow 50% capacity and seat everyone in the middle beside and on top of each other. Someone misunderstood the assignment.

Unclear lines manager came out did not look like an employee told us "i have 4 tills i want 4 lines. Even though it looked like it was 2 lines. Once she made 4 lines there was no way to socially distance once you tried to leave the cashier from the middle 2 lines.

I've always had very pleasant staff at the concession and getting into the building. COVID protocols are well layed out and easy to follow. One of the few places that feels safe to go for an experience these days

It was my first time at this theater in a few years. Usually I go to Towne Cinema.

The arcade area is closed due to the pandemic and ticket kiosks are self serve.

Concession experience was misleading. Popcorn now has a minimum price of eight dollars after tax. They asked if I want butter. Of course I want butter. It turns out butter is a two dollar charge. I think they do this because butter was self serve pre-covid but now they can't do it during pandemic, so having butter is extra labour.

I was afraid I was going to get popcorn without butter, but luckily our bag had a sufficient amount.

They really need to say "Do you want extra butter on your popcorn? " and then say it's two dollars extra.

Movie theater experience itself was fine. Seats recline and armrests move. Everyone was spread out in the theater. I like seeing it responsibly spread out.

Overall a decent experience but would wait until post pandemic when concession prices will inevitably drop, and we can have self serve for soda, hot dog condiments, and popcorn again.

Tickets are still 11 bucks after tax which I believe was the same as five years ago. Thankfully those haven't gone up since reopening.

Laid back seats perfect for a relaxing time can't go back to the uncomfortable chairs at other theatres

This theater is OK. There are multiple screens and a typical concession but they need to update the seating to offer recliners and more comfortable seating options.

Great movie, but the 3d was awful. Weird picture. We have seen many 3d shows and all were never like this.

Careful son, don't waste that pop, it's a dollar a sip. And that popcorn.wow.must be covered in liquid gold. I would go to the movies once a week, or more, if it didn't cost an arm, and a leg. Like as a family of 5, I have to legit, save up to go. I remember the old days when there would be a line up around the block to get into the cinema. It was affordable, a romantic night out on the town. A teenager could take their date out on a Friday night without breaking the bank, and have good, clean, fun. So sad really. So much greed. If they lowered their prices, that place would be jam packed, every night. The establishment itself was very clean, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. That is not their fault. The big corporation should be ashamed of themselves though. They really changed "movie night".

Miss coming to the theatre so thought I would leave a review. Used to come once a week sometimes more. Like the points program available and the staff was always polite and efficient.

Wonderful treat during these times. Only two people in the theater.us! Everything safe relating to covid.

Good except they forget to update there movies on there website from time to time. Showed up to said movie with date and time from there website and the workers admitted there website is wrong so I like to double-check and call to make sure said movie is playing at said time. Otherwise, extremely expensive, the staff are avarage, they got cool arcade I wish they could expand more! It's always noticeably extremely cold inside this theatre so I suggest you wear a sweater to keep warm.

The waiting time for popcorn was ridiculous, I witnessed people having problems purchasing tickets from the kiosks with no help in sight, very unorganized. Once you have completed your overpriced purchases in an ungodly slow manner the theaters are really quite decent and the movie quality is very good.

A good theatre for the size of Vernon. They get in all the major movies. The staff are all quite young. The are helpful, efficient, and have a good attitude. The place is clean and the theaters are comfortable.

Sometimes I find the sound a touch too high but I haven't heard anyone else complain about that so maybe it's just me.

Minus 1 star for the online experience. No refunds no matter what. If something goes wrong during the purchase the online support is atrocious. Also evey once and a while online purchases stop working. I've had experience where multiple friends, from different locations in town, for the same movie would get errors trying to purchase online. Online support instead of helping, or taking the purchase manually, just took the time to argue there was nothing wrong with the system.

They also can't seem to make up their minds if you have to print the tickets or you can show the barcode on your mobile device. Even the staff seem divided on this point. I recommend killing a tree and printing your ticket just to be safe.

When it does work though it's quite convenient to purchase and print at home.

Who doesn't love a great movie theater with reclining seats. The only drawback is how expensive movies can be if you don't buy the Costco tickets.

Place decent enough. Like the kiosks where you can quickly buy your ticket. Good choice of different movies

I like how they still have frozen 2 playing but dont bother to bring in something new like Underwater. Disappointed yet again.

We only come here when our normal theater in Kelowna isn't showing something we want to see. Really nice building, and the staff are young but helpful. I just wish the seats were more comfortable.

My wife and I are in our 50s so it might be a feature of aging, but we just can't go to movies here any more as the sound has become painfully loud.

Brutal service at the counter. Stood in line for 20 minutes and only 4 people in front of me. Two small pop and two medium popcorn $25! Complete rip off. The counter person then asks if you want to pay extra for butter when you can go to the straw station and get all the free butter you want.

Also, they have a buck of options to buy combos and yet had no pricing on any of them. SCAM

Will continue to watch movies at this establishment but will never spend another dime on food in this place.

Went to see Angel has Fallen. Decimal volume off the charts. Even used ear.plugs. What a horrible experience. The movie was awsome. But Ruined by the volume. No wonder we have to drive to Kelowna theater to enjoy a good movie.

Great seats awesome experience. It feels clenlier than the other movie theater in town. It is nice and new and has decent facilities. The staff are all very kind.

The movie was great! Staff very friendly and good. Other movie goers had their phones on, chatting too much and pushing and kicking the seats.

Theatre was comfortable and fine but the lobby was too dimly lit and empty counter areas made it appear dingy

Screens are a bitnon the small side. They dont offer time play with cineplex, but overall a good old movie theatre

Good movie nice seats very expensive food and drinks hit up the 7-11 up the road and bring snacks in ;)

I went to watch Lion King (Whooop) like all the other 90's kids. (Movie was very good btw -you should watch it!).

Anyways, upon entering the movie theatre they had a clean environment, a little bit of a line up but nothing crazy. The staff were quick and efficent at moving through the lines.

My cashier was very friendly and kind, I appreciate that but I bought a $4 to 5 dollar (not 100% on price) fountain drink and it was watered down:/
I didn't notice until I had sat down in the theatre, I shouldn't have to much sugar anyways but still it kind of sucked lol.

Ok, clean.popcorn butter sucks, I was told by a Employee the butter is actually margarine mix with canola oil, grouse real grease.

Great seating all dif heights, took mom in walker was glad they had a wheelchair area. Only thing that we didn"t like is how you have to check times alot because they change them daily so you can"t look up to plan a day ahead.

I have always found this theatre extremely comfortable and enjoyable. I will always come back to see the newest movie here.

Just got back home on mother's day from seeing Detective Pikachu in 3D. The movie starts and is blurry with your 3D glasses on. So we tell the theater staff and they supposably fix it but it still was blurry but a little less. The worst 3D I have ever been to. I grew up watching them in the 70's and 80's.

We had one of our children's birthday here. Super friendly staff and we thought it was a great deal. A good way to have a low key birthday with little planning and effort. We got the reserved seating, popcorn drink and candy.

I love this place so much! The staff are really friendly and the environment there is awesome! The staff works fast. It's is a really good place to hang out for a few hours! Love the popcorn there

Saw 2 wonderful movies back to back.fun afternoon/evening. Friendly staff. Super helpful guy serving popcorn. Manager great.
Attendant interested and friendly. Made for a great time.
