This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Galaxy Motors. Each vehicle has been great and well loved. The staff and sales people at Galaxy Motors are friendly and helpful, and complete the process of finding and viewing a new or new to me vehicle in a comfortable and non rushed way. I felt all information was being provided and allowing me to decide to move forward. Definitely recommend Galaxy Motors to friends and family

Carl and his trainee (sorry don’t remember the name) where super helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory, interest rates and all the cars generally. Unfortunately used car market is nuts right now and prices don’t make any sense to me, so we could not find right car for me this time. Guys where super nice all the way in the end, even tho I didn’t end up buying anything this time.

When I’m on the market for used car again, this will be my first stop for sure.

I bought a Mitsubishi Lancer here. Stephen worked his tail off to make sure I could finance an older car, with affordable payments. The car was in Duncan when I got to the west shore location. I drove it home the same day. This is the second car I’ve purchased at galaxy motors. Good job folks

I enjoyed how much you were able to do for me to get me into the vechicle I needed. Though thought it was quite rushed to get me in the car to leave. The vechicle did NOT have a full tank of gas and it was not detailed inside as someone was using it before. It was quite dusty and garbage under the seat.

Our old truck hit 400,000km and was going to let us down. Visited another dealer and was treated in a very "Our way or the highway" manner. Went to Galaxy and our sales member Lisa was courteous and professional. Ended up buying a new truck but it had an issue. Was invited by the sales manager to visit the service dept to verify my concern. Tristan in service went above and beyond and worked with sales to get the concern resolved. Very happy with the decision to buy here.

I bought my 1st electrical car very excited about that. It was a long day only because the guys at Galaxy were trying to get me the best deal which took time. I ended up driving out with an amazing car very happy. Carl was super professional and very courteous. My car was almost 30 years old and coming to an end. I was driving to Sooke and saw the Galaxy Motor sign and decided to call. It was Saturday and decided to call the dealership. I spoke to Nick (salesperson) and got an appointment for the next day. I didn't know what type of vehicle I wanted. I told him I would like low mileage, great on gas and newer. He listened and I am extremely happy with my car. Everyone in the dealership was fantastic and took the extra step to make you feel important.
I have been telling everyone I know about the great treatment I received.

Carl and Jay were amazing throughout the whole process from start to finish! Great, friendly, and fast service. It was a great experience for someone buying their first car. Carl was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything along the way. The car itself was well priced, well maintained and had been fully inspected, detailed, and cleaned before I left the lot. Recently bought a kia forte from galaxy motors, great sales staff and a large number of lenders so they can get you the payment level your hoping for, a pleasant experience

I was looking at picking up a newer Chevy Trax but was simultaneously starting my own business. After speaking with just about every sales rep they have I was finally set on the Ford Transit Connect sacrificing a little fuel economy for much more room. Not only did I get a vehicle which suited my future needs but also a potential job opportunity (I talk ALOT).

I had my heart set on another little Trax but they were right in pointing me to a little utility van. Time and time again I am thankful to have this little beast. Not only is it the most useful vehicle I have owned besides being a 2 seater but my dog pack loves the luxury double dog ride ️ and secure crates for those who need it Just sayin’ sometimes the sales reps know what they talkin’bout

OHHH YEA BEST POINT! They are dog friendly and I feel confident bringing my Jerry along for our appointments? Everyone is so good with him being nervous!

We had previously gone to another dealership in the Langford area and the service was less than great.

When checking out the inventory online, I found the vehicle I had been searching for at Galaxy Motors Westshore. Nick Dicastri was quick to respond to my inquiry and set up an appointment to view the vehicle.

Upon arriving at the dealership, we were greatly warmly by Nick. As we had a vehicle we were trading in, we chatted about it and Nick did a quick assessment of our vehicle.

The entire appointment was relaxed, friendly and very professional. Nick was courteous, even lending me a phone charger when I mentioned my phone was dying.

I am happy to say we made a deal and we drove off with a beautiful new SUV!

Nick and the entire team at Galaxy were fantastic to deal with and I would highly recommend them! We will definitely be return customers.

Huge rave to Galaxy Westshore and specifically their service department.   After having recently purchased a used EV I found a significant issue that resulted in the vehicle not being safe to drive. From Dieter in warranty arranging a tow truck (on a Sunday no less) to Ivan and his awesome crew of techs, the problem was acknowledged, accepted and sorted out all at no cost to me.

There was never any blame back and forth. We both accepted that it was an honest mistake that was likely missed due to them being severely understaffed (who isn't these days). They took full responsibility and were gracious through the whole experience.

I feel that Ivan went above and beyond to remain in communication with me and the end result was much more than I could have hoped for.even if I had to use their gas loaner for a few weeks. (Eww. Gas)

Recently went in to get myself a new truck and it was an okay experience. I came in with a list of criterias of what I needed and they were able to meet them. Ended up getting a real nice truck and it's working perfectly for my needs. However it took a very long time for the whole process compared to other dealerships I've gone to in the past for other vehicles. I was there for several hours. Also I gave them the keys for my other truck so they could look at it and when they were done I asked repeatedly for my keys back. Even after I did not like their offer on my old truck they still did not return my keys until the entire process was completed and I was driving away in the new truck. Kind of felt like I was being held hostage. Besides those two issues it was an overall good experience and I am happy with my new truck

Left a good review on here but, sadly, now to report that my satisfaction and experience has drastically declined. Bought a 1 year old Mercedes Benz from this dealer, read through the inspection report and was happy with all. Once the rain started I noticed that the intermittent wipers were not working so my only choice was all on or all off (like the old days) The car was and is covered under Mercedes warranty so I was not in a huge panic to address it as the one hour each way to the dealership plus waiting or leaving my car is inconvenient (I am a Realtor so use my car ALL day for work). Finally took it in and much to my surprise was told that Mercedes would not cover the issue as it was an after market windshield that was incorrectly installed. This was not mentioned on the inspection report.

I called Galaxy and ended up speaking to Phil, the Sales Manager (I believe) He apologized and said he would makes some calls and see what they could do. That was in Mid February Other than a brief email Feb 22 apologizing for the delay and explaining that he "had some personal issues with his dog" he informed he was waiting for a call back from a window shop. That was the last I have heard.

In order to have a car that has intermittent wipers I have the choice of replacing the window and sensor at close to 2000 or buying a new car, which will NOT be from Galaxy Motors.

Great place to shop, the staffs are very friendly and love to show you around. I had Rob Ablett who works there helping me with getting my truck and it was a smooth experience, we felt very welcomed and would surely recommend shopping there.

Be wary of utilizing Galaxy Motors Courtesy charging for EVs.their staff will unplug your car. My charging was interrupted this evening. I came back to find a large pot bellied man, with the license plate 821XND in his blue Hyundai Tiburon, awaiting my arrival. I'll be posting this to my YouTube channel shortly. It will be labeled, Potbellied man yoinks charging cable from my Tesla.

Typical pushy, dishonest sales tactics - similar to the way those awful timeshare sales people operate. I went in with very clear criteria and a firm budget and they only showed vehicles $10,000 over my budget, despite there being much cheaper vehicles on their website and on their lot. Even after I firmly said one vehicle was out of my price range and wanted to look at others, they kept pushing the more expensive one. You know their push/pull/drag-it in promotion that offers you $2,022 above the market price for your vehicle? Not even close. Even with the extra $2,022 it was a low-ball offer that was lower than every other dealership I've been to so far. They also held onto the keys for my own vehicle for the entire appointment - almost felt like entrapment.

Then after my appointment I got an email from a different sales rep who I spoke with for max 3 seconds sending me additional information for a vehicle I didn't even look at. No surprise that this vehicle was even further out of my price range. Not sure why anyone would want to work in such a cutthroat environment.

Rylan was a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, easy going. We went to see him for our sons first car purchase. It was quick and everyone there was very nice. I recommend going to Galaxy in Westshore.

Tristan and Ivan at Westshore Galaxy were my dream tire replacement team over the past 2 days! I woke up with 2 flats on Sunday morning and had to move this week! They sprung into action when I called Monday morning and I had 2 new tires ordered and ready to drive with by 1pm today. These guys were a true blessing and they also showered my puppy with love and affection which you KNOW is a surefire sign of a good person. Thanks so much, boys!

Nick helped me find the perfect car for my road trip. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the minor details of the car. My two concerns were resolved before I even had to negotiate. The tires were low so Galaxy Motors replaced all of them. If you are in the market for a new car, give Nick a call or visit your local Galaxy Motors! Financing and insurance were a breeze and they had me out the door before the clouds parted! I know there are many people involved and I am very appreciative; keep up the good work! Great place to get your vehicles they will literally help you out from beginning to end. Gotten my last two vehicles from there. Never failed once. If anything I’d talk to max bodley-Scott! He is the man to get things done.
