Recently bought a car through Galaxy, was a great experience, amazing service and we love our new ride. Thanks John and the Team at Galaxy.

Hi. Bought suv. Sales man at lot helped out. Was happy. Some years have gone buy, Enjoyed working on my cars over the years, now 70. Thought i let some one else fix it. I tested it and found the problem. Chose galaxies motors since i bought it there, phoned them. Told them what was wrong, made appointment. SUV tow charge to them. In a jam, i thought there price way high. There bill finding the altinater was shorted to ground.exactly what was on the sheet of paper i taped to the shifter explained that. Any one looking at it would find that first thing, in short time. Since i said no to there price to replace it.i had to pay another toe charge, and there bill as well.hundreds of dollars. SUV sent back where it stooped. In rain i took it out myself and replaced the serpentine belt also. Had to borrow friends car to go and fix it in rain on dirt. Fun times. Things have changed over the years. What was once easy, now hard. Have nice day. I think there price 275.00 Dollars before i could have my suv towed away from there repair shop. Was because there price for new altinator was 1895.00 Dollars. Just thought i should explain why i towed the suv away from galaxies motors

I bought my car Volkswagen Jetta 2014 year at Galaxy Motors on Aug 30,2023. According to the documents, the car was fully operational. During the first weeks, I discovered a problem with the clutch and strange sounds in the suspension. During a service visit, the mechanic said that the clutch was in order, according to the conclusion, debris was found in the suspension and the noise was eliminated. I contacted an independent mechanic who found issues with the clutch, both front coil springs are broken, timing belt is due.

Started to talk to someone then they were apparently not working there anymore so someone else reached out. I test drove a car, wasn't interested. Got a message about a 2016 Honda for more or the same as a new one. I mentioned that I'm surprised on the price and why. Now nothing, no more messages.

Had a very lengthy process but the wonderful staff at galaxy really helped me. I first reached out and was introduced to john, he found my a perfect car after talking with me on the phone for a few minutes. After that Christine and manager dan both helped me get the best deal possible. Thank you everyone! It was a lovely experience.

What a great experience! People were thoughtful and very helpful throughout the process. Many hilarious moments and felt zero pressure to buy a vehicle. We didn't feel detained or forced to stay hours on end. We wish we went here for our first car!

A couple glitches, wrong car listed in Galaxys system so came back later in the day. Then the autoparts supplier sent the wrong oil filter, a bit of dyslexia ;~). But overall no worries on my part, shirt happens?

I've had my vehicle for only 2 years and put about 8 Thousand dollars into it.

For a 2017 it should not be costing me so much to repair! I'm thinking there was more to this vehicle that was not disclosed to me prior to purchasing.

We went to visit Greg, wanting to buy an SUV. We had gone to Hyundai originally and they were of no help. Greg made us comfortable immediately. There were no high pressure sales tactics. He allowed us to look at what was on the lot, and take our vehicle of choice for a test drive. He did not set up any false expectations with us, which was so appreciated. He and Christine worked together to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Christine also went above and beyond to get us a better interest rate than what we were originally approved for. Both made us feel at home and it was a fairly easy and comfortable process. Greg is absolutely fantastic to deal with, and Christine is fantastic with the financial side of things. Would definitely go there again in a heart beat.

John Kayran helped me find the right vehicle for me and my family. We live in a rural area where our needs require 4x4 or AWD to access some of our favorite lakes.

Amazing staff at this location! My Sales lady Angelina Roodenburg found the car I’ve been looking for and had it delivered to the dealership the next day She taught me how to use the touchscreen and adjust all the features the vehicle offered before I even took it for a test drive. I ended up trading my truck in and drove home with my new sports car!

My pickup was totaled just after Christmas in an unfortunate black ice accident so I needed to find a reliable vehicle as soon as possible.
Jewel and Dan at Galaxy in Nanaimo set me up quickly and efficiently with a great little vehicle. There were a couple of minor issues that needed attention and Dan made sure that those issues were taken care of by the service dept.in a prompt and efficient manner. During this time, a very nice loaner car was made available to me.

Galaxy was very helpful. Kind people. Start to finish. Most important was key details shared by finance staff. I happened to deal with the Nanaimo location. Was very easy. Vehicle working out great. Def get the warranty package and talk to the insurance person at Langford for best prices. Save you some bucks. All in all was great purchase.

I am so beyond greatful for the team at Galaxy Motors Nanaimo. I went in there with not much to offer and hoping for the best to get into a vehicle but definitely expecting the worst, and 3 people worked day and night for me to get me into a vehicle I could have never have imagined I could ever even own.
It is quite obvious to me that they are in it for YOU!
After having looked at my case, they could see that what I really needed was to build credit, as I have been hitting the same brick wall for what seems like forever now. After making this determination, they worked day and night to make magic happen.not for them, but for me. Not once did I get a feeling of distrust or like they were pulling one over on me. Everybody I spoke with was nothing but helpful, caring, understanding, and hardworking and genuine when it was clear the only one who would be benefiting from this was me. They are the most selfless, and I can’t say enough GENUINE, and fun bunch I have had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with, and although there was 3 of them working on my case, every single person in the building was celebrating with me and happy when we finally closed the deal. I would recommend this place to anybody with absolutely no hesitation.
The customer service I experienced was above and beyond, I was kept in the loop for the entire process so I wasn’t left wondering and stressing, and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate and love every single one of them.
I would have written a good review whether they got me in a vehicle or not because I know I was one of the tougher cases, so the time they still were willing to dedicate to me and my situation along with the level of customer service I received was enough for me to want to leave a review before any successes were even made. I was impressed from the second I walked in the door, every time I walked in the door, to the second I left. But at the end of the day, I definitely could not have anticipated such a dream to have come true.

From the moment I walked in to Galaxy Motors I felt extremely comfortable and welcomed. I was greeted by Michael, and he very efficiently helped me get a new vehicle at a price I was comfortable with. Bowen also helped with the process and made sure I was happy and fully informed with all aspects. Together, they both made the process stress free and did an excellent job. Overall it was a great and friendly experience, I would recommend purchasing a vehicle through them to anyone.

Aggressive management disgusting behavior to customers. Absolutely disgusting mouth on said manager as well. Go through them if you want threats harassment and horrific behavior from said "manager " and never able to get through to head office after being called down by said professional manager yuck. This message sent from the manager highly unprofessional. Highly disgusting.

I’ve bought a few vehicles now from Galaxy. I most definitely will be a returning customer for any of my future vehicle needs!
When I needed to trade my car in for a van to accommodate my family’s unique needs. I ran into some undetected issues with that van. I am so grateful and thankful too Galaxy for the professionalism and compassion that was shown to my family and I during that time. They worked really hard to find another van that would suite my family. As well as supplied us with a vehicle to use so we were never out of wheels! The van they found was even better then the first one!
Shout out to Luke and Clayton who are honestly both the most genuine kind and down to earth guys I’ve met in this industry!

(2 years ago) I have recently purchased a car from Galaxy. I love my car! Our sales guy Jake and Manager Clay were probably the most down to earth dudes I have ever seen in this business. They were both so friendly, great at entertaining the kids and really listened to my budget needs. Not pushy at all! They were about the customers and not the commission. Definitely the best experience I have had when it comes to buying a vehicle.

Rude customer service. Purchased a truck from them a few years ago. Came to buy a car and got treated like garbage. They need to fire the wanabe sales manager trying to sell everyone his 2012 golf. Don't appreciate the phone call outside work hours. I was dealing with Justin not you and told Justin I would call him Monday to check in. You call me and blast me about not talking to him and buying a car the Friday before and then hang up while I was responding.

The staff at nanaimo galaxy motors, were fantastic as usual. This is the second vehicle i have bought from them. James, Clayton and Gregg made finding exactually the vehicle i wanted easy and they made sure i was completely satisfied with my vehicle before i took it home.

I was in the market for a late model F150 truck. After searching through inventory at several dealers between Nanaimo and Courtenay I found the best selection of choice vehicles at Galaxies Nanaimo location. Professional staff, fair price, no BS and a full tank of fuel, 130 litres worth. Very happy with the whole experience.

Extremely friendly, honest, efficient staff, excellent team work. This is my second vehicle from them, if I ever add more to the collection I will definitely be sure to use them again.

I came here with great intentions and was stoked. I delt with Phil after dealing with them for an hour i left 250$, on debit, I could "get back any time" so they would hold the car for me for a test drive.
I came back 2 days later and clay said the manager isn't in so I can't get my money back for a few more days ALSO it'll come back as a check and not debt.so now I came in on Tuesday. The staff were very short with me accused me of being rude for wanting my money back and asked me to wait outside. They said the receptionist deals with the money NOT the manager. Asking for clarification they basically walked away mid sentence.all because I found a brand new vehicle of the same make for 20$ more a month.
Would I deal with them again? Certainly not
They lied and mislead me then were rude to me for doing research and not being an impulsive buyer ouch.
Oh and don't call Phil, an obvious bro, "bro" he will make a back handed comment as he walks away.

Chatted with Braden. Very nice guy and was able to give me options when I thought I had none in my situation. Seemed up front about everything and I would definitely recommend.

We went in on Wednesday to see if we were eligible for financing. Went back on Saturday and drove home off the lot! They were very helpful and understanding. John & Leo were very hands on and helpful. Making sure everything went through. The finance team and insurance people were amazing as well. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience buying my Forester from Galaxy Nanaimo. When I went in it was a seamless process. They had a system for everything. Working with salesman, speaking with the GM, finance office to insurance. Luke did a great job of making me feel like I was part of the process and the process was great. I even had a mechanical issue, after the fact, that I spoke to them about. They took care of it professionally and in a timely manner whereas any other dealership I’ve been to in the past would have looked at me like I was an alien who they had never met before. These folks were great. Highly recommended.

Mike and his team were great to deal with. Bringing the vehicle down from Victoria with no stipulation of buying it to do so. Kept us in the loop the whole time and made it a very easy process to buy. We left with a vehicle that we love.

I was skeptical about buying from Galaxy in the beginning but Jordan, Mike and all of the staff in Nanaimo restored my faith by going above and beyond to make my new vehicle fit within my budget and my over all experience at Galaxy a comfortable one. The worst experience with a dealership in my life and I've bought a dozen vehicles. From no masks in sight to the blatant pressure tactics, disrespect and disregard to outright rudeness and utter unprofessionalism being served up at Galaxy Motors Nanaimo. I did buy the vehicle I spotted on Car Garus that was available at Galaxy and It should have been an easy transaction. I knew what I wanted, I had the money and I should have been set for a seamless purchase. Not the case! Galaxy Motors Nanaimo you need to brush up on your social skills and professionalism. I still have a bad taste in my mouth. Thanks for this horrendous encounter.

Galaxy handled my daughter's first car purchase fairly and honestly so I highly recommend them. My best friend bought his Challenger there too and also speaks highly of Galaxy motors.

Lured the girlfriend up with the prospect of financing a $9k vehicle, let her look at it but refused financing and only offered $25k plus vehicles on 7 year terms.

If you're being lured by their "vehicles under 10k" ads beware, theh just want to get you in the door and have you buy a high priced vehicle.

Won't be going back, would have been nice if they had been upfront about not financing lower priced vehicles over the phone.

Don't waste your time if you don't have cash in hand.
