Great Experience working with the staff at Galaxy. Amanda was amazing and paid attention to what we were looking for in an RV. We spent over 2 months discussing options and layouts and units with her. She was friendly and professional and answered all our questions and was not pushy. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy an RV. Fluffy spent over an hour with us, going over absolutely everything in our new RV. He kept us laughing while passing on some great advice on how to operate our RV and how to do maintenance to keep it in great shape. Carl, Bowen and Eric were also great to deal with. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Galaxy RV Parksville if you're in the market for a new or used unit.

This place is a joke they sell you rotten RVs that leak with paperwork stating issues that need to be addressed but they send the unit out anyways and then leave it on you give you one option and that’s the only option you get I will not take this kindly, and I will make sure it gets dealt with anyone else in the same boat. What a friendly service team! Nothing but good things to say. We had purchased out unit from another parksville location and had been very displeased. After getting ahold of Chad he had scheduled us a same day appointment. Our power went out and the furnace wouldn't come back on after, we were in the cold and the place we bought from wouldn't even take our calls. Chad moved the schedule around as he didn't want to see our family freezing in the snow. Such a polite and caring young man! The tech that helped us was super informative. If they weren't able to repair our furnace Chad was ready and willing to take a furnace from one of their new units so we wouldn't be without heat for another day! I wish I remembered the techs name he had a heavy accent and had us up and going within a few hours after arrival. You guys kept my family warm in a pinch and I cannot thank you enough!

We wanted to trade in our trailer and get another one. We had been looking at trailers on the Galaxy RV site. The one we liked was in Parksville and even though we lived in Langford it was worth the drive. Carl and Chris and I were emailing back and forth, they answered all of our questions. We took our trailer up to Parksville and they gave us a great trade-in and an amazing deal on our beautiful 2022 Shadow Cruiser. We met the crew at Galaxy who helped us, Carl, Chris, Bowen and Wade. They are a great team and provided us with a customer experience where we drove away feeling Chris and Carl listened to us on what we wanted and worked to get it for us. Terrible service. Terrible repairs. Poor communication. "Warranty" performed by the lot detailers is unacceptable. Unit went in for work, came back worse with more issues and nothing done about it. Purchased our unit brand new in 2021 and has been a huge regret. No support. Absolutely frustrating. Would never recommend. After our last visit for warranty work that never actually got done, they actually called to see if we were satisfied. When I expressed our displeasure, the lady hung up on us. Rude and unprofessional.

We are so pleased with the customer service we received from the crew at Galaxy RV Parksville. They worked tirelessly and addressed any issues that came up quickly and professionally. The entire staff from sales, finance, service and front office were knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and most of all PRESENT!

To whom it may concern,
My wife and I purchased a new off the lot RV from Gallaxy RV 9 months ago. The salesman was great, the staff were helpful and it was a great experience. The RV was missing a piece that goes around the window inside, plus a sink cover. The manager assured us he would order the missing parts asap and contact us when they were in. We called a few times to ask if the parts were in, but we're told due to covid.we could be waiting a while.
After 8 months of waiting with no calls to us, my wife went in to Gallaxy RV in Parksville to speak to the manager. The manager wasn't helpful and never looked into anything.
But new staff and management took over again. After reading my negative post online, he reached out to me about the missing parts for our RV. The manager was upset that we weren't looked after properly and went into action. We were looked after, parts were brought in and we are happy customers again.

The people at Galaxy RV in Parksville are all absolutely wonderful to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If you’re looking for an RV, I highly recommend you go see Chris!

First time buying a trailer, very disappointed with the sales team. The only time I actually saw my salesman was when he showed me the trailer, never heard or saw him again, even when I picked up the trailer. Sent him a message the day before pick up of our trailer and he told me he was on hid day off, phone the dealer. I was surprised thst on the day of pick up, neither the finance gut or the salesman were present when I took delivery of the new trailer, very disappointing. The service guys that did the walk through were amazing though, they went through everything thoroughly, hooked up the new hitch I bought and really made the experience better, if it wasn't for the guys doing the walk through, I probably wouldn't have gone through with the deal. The new service manager introduced himself to me, gave me his business card and said if I needed anything to let him know. I did send an email and got no response. The salesperson I talked to at Arbutus in Nanaimo and Big Boys toys spent more time with me and did follow up and I didn't even buy from them. Very disappointing

Service department is quick, attentive and knowledgeable. They got me in right away and are doing warranty work.
** May 31. It's been over a month and the service dept is proving to be completely inept. They can't even get the paperwork to the manufacturer for approval. I've been lied to so many times.it seems they are well intentioned but lack any ability to follow through.

Stopped in to Galaxy RV in Parksville searching for a brass connector that I knew was to be a bit of a challenge. I met Eric who after attempting to locate one in their inventory intoduced me to Colin who after much digging was able to find one in his collection of fittings in their service truck.

Purchased an RV recently. Had a really good experience. Staff helpful and went the extra mile to accommodate us in every way.

Bought a trailer from Galaxy RV in Parksville today and the whole experience was awesome, start to finish. From the initial call to arrange a viewing, to the tour of the trailer, closing with the finance department, everything was extremely smooth and highly professional. They even bring an ICBC rep right to the office to organize plates, registration and insurance, no running around required. Thanks Sam Bak and Scott for making everything go so smoothly. Definitely 2 big thumbs up.

These guys were fair and easy to deal with. Gave me a totally fair offer on my trade in so I didn't have to deal with selling it privately. In return got a fair deal on a new used trailer that was fully certified and clean. The whole thing was no pressure and as advertised.

We couldn't be happier about the service we have received from Galaxy. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful and they managed to turn around a very upsetting experience with another RV dealer. I believe they have an excellent rapport with their manufacturers as our warranty person has worked with them hand in hand without any problems. It is so important to purchase from a dealer that has a great reputation for their service. Highly recommend them.

BUYER BEWARE. If the parts department will rip you off for $20 can you imagine the shenanigans that goes on when Galaxy sells a RV. I wouldn't buy a light bulb there

Customer service was terrible. They helped a man that came in after me and didn't help me. I would not buy anything here as the customer aervice at Big Boy RB and Arbutus was much better!

We called Galaxy RV about an issue with our rig. They saw us the same day. They were extremely helpful and informative. Dave spent time with us, even fixed a little something at no cost. We went back a couple days later on a scheduled appointment to further investigate our issue and they continued trying to figure out ways to help us save money and THIS folks, is the reason for a 5* review.
