Absolute con men! Husband bought an rv that was supposed to be new, picked it up and went camping, discovered that the hot water tank was leaking, water was leaking out of the electrical, nothing was sealed properly, the roof was rotting and the grey water tank was completely full, so it was definitely NOT new! Took it back less than 48hrs later and they're refusing to cancel the deal even though they lied on the contract and it says you can return it in 30 days. They are the absolute epitome of scummy salespeople and are now acting in breach of contract. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Bought a brand new shasta 2022 picked it up took it to beehive rv set it bought 1000$ worth of new stuff to find out all exterior windows and doors are not caulked or sealed. Then started investigating further found water damage in bedroom and from electrical outlets inside. Checked roof and all the caulking was broken and been leaking for a lonv time. Took it back they refuse to cancel agreement super shady there was so many more problems than that. They have the rv and im in collections because they refuse to cancel contract. Worst experience ever dont go to langford galaxy rv they will screw you over and dont care. They should be ashamed of what i was put through.

My parents bought a new Coachman Apex RV trailer from Galaxy RV and we went up to Sointula to try it out. Fabulous quality trailer, I slept great on the pullout couch, and the dealership were great to deal with as they resolved some issues competently and made sure we were happy. I recommend a visit to Galaxy RV as it sure made us happy!

Most amazing experience ever! We are new to the Island from SK. Everyone including John went above and beyond to make sure we got approved some how or another as our current Class C was covered in mold since moving out here in October. I cannot express the amount of gratitude we have and they truly have changed our lives in getting us a new home to live in full time down at The Weirs RV Resort.

The amount of professionalism and respect they have is unreal. They truly treat you amazing, they understand the situations and did everything they could to make sure we slept soundly at night especially with our 12 year old living with us.

Jodi and their driver even delivered it to us out here. Raj and John made sure to get the mouse guard put on which is phenomenal!

They rushed everything very quickly as they knew our current RV was a ticking time bomb for is health wise! Mich appreciated!

We bought our first RV just over a year ago from Galaxy, brand new, to live in, total greenhorns ha.
Cowboy Jim in sales was great, but let's be honest, you can buy an RV anywhere. Getting it serviced afterwards however (as I've since learned from other RV owners) is a whole other ball of wax. Seems like RVs aren't really built to last these days and ours has definitely had things break and fail. Thankfully the service department at Galaxy is excellent - Kevin (red seal tech, knows his stuff, in addition to being considerate, polite and a cat whisperer) drives out to our RV within a couple of weeks max, often within a week, with the correct parts to fix whatever is wrong thanks to Elke's super human organizational abilities. We've heard some RV horror stories from neighbours regarding lack of service from other dealerships and so far we feel very lucky to have purchased from Galaxy RV in Langford.

Galaxy RV is a world-class dealership! Very friendly staff, low pressure, very knowledgeable (and dog friendly) ; extraordinary service all around. Cowboy Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable in our new RV. He even showed me how to drive it on his day off. I've never had such a great experience at a dealership. If you're RV-curious, go to Galaxy RV in Westshore - you won't regret it!

Purchased a preowned RV from them two summers back.

When it arrived upon delivery it had mouse dropping throughout and wasn’t cleaned at all. It also had a number of issues that I wasn’t made aware of and that weren’t disclosed (ripped slide out awning, previous water damage on the roof, weak spots on floor, mold and water damage under banquet seat). They are not trust worthy or honest about issues and it will be on you to insure they don’t sell you a lemon. The broken brake light I request to be fixed was just caulked back on instead of ordering and installing a new brake light enclosure.

Emailed recently to inquire about having some work done, willing to pay for work to be done on the unit and they never responded or cared to follow up. Buyer beware.

*Update they contacted me and I spoke with Toma at length about the issues on the RV, they suggested I hadn't maintained it and because it's an older RV it was pretty much expected to have issues. This is not what I was told when I purchased it nor disclosed in the inspection report. Now its just a blame game (I didn't ask anything from them.perhaps offering a proper inspection might be a good idea before jumping to conclusions). No attempt by Toma to support such a resolution other then me bringing it in for service to them. I may do that and update my review based on the feedback I get, but am reluctant to trust their service department if these issues missed their initial inspection. Apparently how much I paid for the RV was important to them in determining their response/service.

Great experience. I delt with Toma and have nothing but good things to say about him. He was able to ensure I felt comfortable with the whole experience from start to finish.

This place has sold us a shoddily built motorhome and promised to put a coat of sealent on the entire vehicle before time and weather began destroying the paint, they took our money to do the job and not bothered to pretend to fix the problem as they did with the propane furnace and stairs, Galaxy owes us the 5000 we paid for the protection coat and whatever the cost to return the paint to new we still have not received a call from Galaxy they never gave us the protective coat it's been well over a year going on 2 years that's $5,000 extra they charge us we are very unhappy and we are poverty stricken as a result of this home and we regret very much ever purchasing from Galaxy motors

We just bought our third trailer from galaxy rv (Victoria). Galaxy makes it extremely easy to trade up. We only go through cowboy Jim! His kind calm demeanour makes it easy to find what you need. We have never felt pressured or pushed to buy from galaxy. Jim has definitely had become a friend!

We bought our trailer there, and get it serviced there. We have found them to be very knowledgeable and kept us well informed while resolving an issue.

We purchased a new motorhome from Galaxy RV and before we had a chance to use it for vacation the slide room jammed and it took all of July and half of August to get it repaired. That wasn't the fault of Galaxy but was due to the delay in getting a new slide out tracks and motors. Forest River Coachmen has difficulty providing parts which had we known this ahead of time we wouldn't have purchased the motorhome.

Andy, Karen and John at Galaxy RV have been terrific to deal with and just as soon as the parts were available put their experienced staff on fixing the slide out and it now works great. It's the end of the summer now but we're looking forward to a trip to the Rockies with it in September.

We're very happy with Galaxy because they've been very responsive to us.

We bought the trailer brand new from Cow Boy Jim, he is great to deal with 5 stars for him alone. We had some issues with the trailer which where fixed. But today is what made me give 5 star review. Our regulator went on our new trailer, not galaxy fault at all. But Troy sent a tech to my inlaws to fix my trailer so we did not need to tow it back in westshore. The tech was so friendly and so nice, he was great to talk to and explained everything he was doing on the trailer. So between Cow Boy Jim, Troy and the tech I had a great experience they have been quick to fix my trailer.

We purchased a Beautiful Grand Design Fifth Wheel from Cowboy Jim, the whole experience from start to finish was Awesome. Tanya was friendly and very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend Galaxy Rv and Cowboy Jim.

We purchased a 2020 ProLite Evasion travel trailer from Cowboy Jim at Galaxy RV in Victoria last month. We wanted to share how great our experience was working with Jim.

I went to the lot to see if there was anything that interested me. I walked around the 3 times I even went into a couple RV’s to have a look see. There was a couple drove in after I was done they got service right away. Not one persons came to talk to me. I will never go there again.

A great friend of mine refered me to Galaxy so I made the drive to langford. Oddly after walking around for 20 minutes I couldn't see any one to help me out and trailers were locked. I walked into the store and found kim or karen (I don't remember) who had a dirty jacket on and jeans so I thought she was like me looking for a sales person. To my surprise she said she worked there. We began to walk outside and went to a shadow cruiser. Once we walked in I could see there was water all over the floor and looked like someone had been living it in. I asked if it was used and then kim got aggressive, at this point as we were close I could smell marijuana. I asked to see another brand and she said they didn't have anythingyet similar but should come inside and factory order. I just felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. I guess it's hard to find good help during covid.

We came to Galaxy RV to have a look, didn't expect to buy one but we did.
Cowboy Jim was great.
He showed us the trailers and explained everything about each of the trailers.

If you’re looking for a trailer new or used Cowboy Jim is the best at remembering your interests and finding something for you. We had gone “looking around” for a trailer upgrade and eventually he found the trailer that fit both my wife’s and my interests. Not an easy chore but he never stopped following up with possibilities.
We’re very happy with his before and after sales concern for our camping needs.
I don’t say this lightly but he’s worthy of my repeated business.

Outstanding service from start to finish and beyond with our experience with the Galaxy team. We dealt with Karen and Toma super friendly, patient and listen to our needs to get us in the right unit. Adien was the tech that helped us go over the details of our new unit and explained every detail and answered all the questions. Only one minor issue with our unit and a quick phone call to John in service and the issue was fixed promptly and professionally. Hands down recommend the great team at Galaxy!
