Great setup, a lot of options to offer for everyone's tastes. Helpful staff, which allowed Mom and Dad to escape to the relaxation room. The party room was great for storage, clean up and private access. The kids were highly entertained. The 2.5 hours for parties was perfect for our bday party of 10 kids. We will be back.

Love this place, and so does my daughter. So happy they brought in the Mario racing for kids that are a little smaller. Great atmosphere and awesome staff. We always have a blast going here. Thank you guys

Game Changerz is an amazing place to come! The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful. My son has gone the last 2 years for his birthday. These parties include everything. I didn’t have to worry about coming early to set up or need to stress about supplying food and decorations. The parents’ “zen den” is a great added bonus.

My first experience at a VR arcade was made a blast with the help of Joseph, I heavily recommend anyone to swing by whether you’re an experienced gamer or not. I’ll be back!

Recently brought our daughter here for her birthday. 10 kids and not a single one was bored for the 2.5 hours we were there. The staff are very helpful and ensure the kids are safe.

They will order pizza for you if you like and there is a fridge for you to put a cake in.

Good customer service isn't dead after all.

Staff were awesome and very attentive to everyone. They took care of the entire birthday party crew as well as the other customers. Parents get thier own "zen room" with massage chairs, aroma therapy, music and TV (I almost fell asleep a few times). Would recommend, and will be taking the family back.

P. S. All the employees working tonight should get a pay bump. It's employees like them that guarantee returned customers to a business. You could tell they were good at what they do and that they actually cared. It's a rare thing to see anymore.

We have been here couple of times. You will enjoy the time you are there if you want to have fun with some friends. It is a great experience mostly group games. I suggest you to try at least once with friends. Very kind staffs.

The kids had a blast and loved every second of it. I’m sure they would have spent the night if they were aloud.

It's a good spot for a afternoon activity for kids 10yr- teen. Lots of games to try and they host really well. They include pizza in the price for parties and I've never seen a kid complain.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was kept having fun! They were all very friendly, efficient, and attentive. I definitely recommend for bdays of all ages (adults, too)!

Awesome experience cooperative staff and cool vr gaming material like machines at all and nice place to spend our free time in a good price range. And you can play multiplayer players as well and amazing things are like many choices so you get multiple choices that I know are a little bit confusing because all games are good. The gaming material of this place is amazing like powerful gadgets and high processors in computers so you can play games on high graphics. When I visited there for the first time there I had some problems with login on the computer but because of comparative staff I solved that problem in short time and enjoyed my full play

We were at Game Changerz for my Grandson's Birthday. I cannot stress enough how much fun this was. The staff was attentive, friendly, and super helpful! I recommend this place to be a definite go too! Thank you so much! The kids can't stop talking about it! Barb Burke

Visiting home and some friends took me here! Absolutely loved it! I have a VR at home for my PS4 and thought it would be similar, I was wrong. This is so much better! I had a blast and even though I get extremely motion sick I stuck it out anyways lol! I highly recommend this place! I’m in my 30’s and had a blast, not just for kids.

Seriously the best time and the staff to literally out of their way for parents and kids! We love coming here!

We came for my daughters 12th birthday and wow! What a blast! So accommodating, the staff is so attentive and truly amazing! They went out of their way in the party room and I cannot say enough good things!

Came for a birthday party and had a blast along with the kids. Major kudos to the amazing staff who were very helpful in showing us how to use everything and being so kind. The staff were constantly cleaning and checking up on us. A great time was had by our entire group.

The staff were so polite and kind during my sons 14 th bday party. They were always checking in to see if we were ok or if we needed anything. They all had smiles on! The venue was spic and span spotless. The party was so fun. If you haven’t already planned an event here you have to! They had everything completely organized the pizza arrived on time everything was set up for the party when we arrived they gave us a tour. Loved it

My sons 11th birthday party was awesome tonight. Joey is amazing with all the kids. They had a blast and I enjoyed the relaxing Zen room. Thanks again for making a great birthday party location. Highly recommend it!

My daughter and her friend had the worst experience. The guy working on Wednesday, belittled them and told them " this is why girls shouldn't play video games".

Great customer service! They replied immediately and rectified the situation.
I'm sure others had a better experience, but they made sure we were looked after and will address the issue.

We had our 12 yr old son’s birthday party tonight at VR Game Changers. (15th & Central) The boys had an amazing time and the staff was awesome! Joey, was extremely patient with all the boys and did a lot of coaching too. The Zen Den for parents was perfect! Highly recommend having a birthday party there.

Good experience. Could be better if some of the games worked. But an overall good place to visit. Friendly staff, clean and great equipments.

Game Changerz VR was an awesome place for our sons birthday party. The kids had a blast and the staff were really great with the kids.

It was such a unique experience for me, especially since the staff members were so nice and friendly. I'm not too experienced with these types of games but they made my first experience here amazing. 10/10! The one I recall helping me around TREMENDOUSLY is Quinn. Just amazing how much kindness he has in helping everyone around. I can see he truly loves his job. I would definitely come back!

Took my 2 kids there for one of their birthdays today at your 15th Ave location (Aug. 28/2021) The 2 guys you had working in there were amazing with the kids and myself (Sorry, I forgot their names) Knew their stuff, were super helpful and friendly from start to finish. You can tell they honestly love doing what they do. You couldn't ask to have two better employees working for your store than these guys. Even wrote a personal birthday card for Silas when we left. Whatever you pay these guys, double it please.

So much fun here! I’m a young adult chick that has barely played video games but the controls are easy to learn! And their laser tag VR game at the Pine Centre mall is a great workout (and fun too)

Me and my brother played a la zombie game and it was fun me we both screamed it was scary, i also played project cars and i smashed up a lamborgini aventedor

Took our 5 boys 10,7,4,2 1/2,7 1/2 months. Overall it was a great experience the young men that were working, were very welcoming friendly patient and helpful. I enjoyed hanging out in the lounge area with my Littles where there was still stuff to do with them while the older boys were at different stations.it was a great experience even with our 5 crazy boys they are already planning the next time we go

The staff was above and beyond, and show you everything you need to know on how to use the equipment, both times I've been in they have been incredibly friendly, I wish i could give it a 6/5

This is such a wonderful place to have fun and experience, looking forward to going back on a regular basis. I love the modern yet retro feel of a virtual reality arcade; Playdium back in the day had the right idea of a fun arcade using virtual reality but the technology required wasn't present. The future is now!

A really fun time! Would definetly go again. Would recomend to skip the makeup when going though.

I love this place - they always have the latest games and offer an amazing experience at a super affordable price - I would recommend them for birthday parties and just regular get togethers with your friends. I hear they rent headsets too. I might have to check that out.

Came up from the lower mainland for a week to visit a friend, decided to try game changerz. Our first time in we had Joey and he was awesome. We ended up coming in 2 more times that week just because he was a blast.

I've been there twice, and both times I was blown away! Huge selection of games, very friendly staff, and many different ways to play. All for a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone

I had a blast. The staff where friendly and very quick to help if something was not working well. They were very knowledgeable about the equipment and its usage. They had lots of recommendations which was helpful for a first timer like myself. I very much enjoyed all the games I did have an issue with motion sickness in one of the games but that just tells you how good the quality is. They spared no expenses with this sustem and it shows. Highly recommendit to anyone who wants to have fun.
