I went in looking for a part to my nintendo switch as I am new to the gaming world and I was disappointed that not one person knew about the item I was describing. I was very clear in explaining what it was and what its purpose is. Considering that they work at a store that is all about games and gaming systems I assumed they would know right off the bat. I Google their website and saw that they sold them and that it was in fact in stock. They didn't seem to want to spend much time looking into it for me even though I was the only one in the store. So I left to go get it elsewhere:/

A few staff members are friendly and personable but a few are difficult to interact with. Like they don't deal with people regularly.
The selection is pretty decent as long as you aren't looking for obscure titles.
I like that they are branching into things like Dungeons and Dragons merchandise too.

This is a general thing for Game Stop, not just this location but man, when I say I don't want that crooked gameplay guarantee, please don't ask me 4 more times.

Probably one of the best GameStops I've been to. Staff are helpful and kind. Really appreciate the extra mile they go to when phoning in for requests.

Legendary satisfaction. Highly recommend her for your game stop experience. She puts the customers first, she will try her best to help you out! The young girl working should not be there alone. She was clearly struggling and was frazzled with running the store all on her own. Help her out! How is 1 person supposed to help customers, work the till, answer phones all on her own? Pretty pathetic that you would put all those responsibilities on one single employee and not pay them a living wage. Poor form game stop. Step it up
