Asked about a game case. They didn't have stock but guy was so helpful in finding nearby stores with stock and my questions about the brand

Can only buy new games if you pre-ordered. How dumb is that? Also the worker was rude.time to go to Best Buy. This company is clearly dying.

Staff seemed overworked.gave an extra star because no one asked me about any warranties or clubs or trade ins.had to wait for ever to get to the counter even tho there were only two people at the till when i walked in.self checkout is a thing you know.

Some of the staff barely know how consoles work - it was absolutely frustrating dealing with them. They have no connection to the main website as nothing online matches what they have in-store.

Hate the staff here. Horrible service, can not believe how rude people are. I will drive 30 minutes to a different store just so i don’t ever have to speak to the staff here again.

I used to go here first for anything I was looking for cause the staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Recently went in to inquire about an item shown in stock online. They happily ordered it for me from a different location. It was a week late, but not a big deal. They said I had til Sunday to pick up the item. Went in Saturday evening and the staff at the til were nervous saying they think their manager knowingly sold it to someone else. Manager comes out and basically says I’m out of luck and I should’ve picked it up sooner. I mentioned I was told I had one more day to pick up and he didn’t care. He said he’ll order the same item from an even further location and call me when it’s here. Weeks later, no call. I ordered from a different company. Not as exciting to go here anymore with management like that.

I live across the street so I come here very often. All the staff are very friendly they have great deals on used games and if they're out of stock on a game you want they try their best to order it from another store.

Bought a refurbished ps4 online that ended up being defective. I didn't start using it for a month after I bought it because I was finishing an Xbox game first. I contacted support online and they basically said to bring it in and management would have to deal with it. Management wasn't in, but the staff called management twice to help me! I'm super grateful to both staff members as well as management for helping me with this return!

Great customer service. Ordered a game for a friend in Canada and person on the phone was able to correct the address. She was so sweet! Highly recommend this store.

The girl that helped me on the phone tonight was so sweet and helpful that girl deserves a raise! 10/10

The couple times I've gone have been quite nice staff are super cool and love talking about whatever I was buying at the time and even got me into amiibos.

I bought a knockoff controller on Amazon thinking I would save some money. That was a terrible decision; that controller did not act like an original ps4 controller. I forgot gamestop had pre owned legit controllers. Plus they also have available warranty for them as well. Staff member was super helpful with my purchase

Every game you are looking for and then some. Lots of game merch. Staff is always friendly.

What on earth happened to this location. The whole new team along with the manager are by far the reason why this store has gone downhill. For years this store was my go to when it was still EB Games. But nowadays, I cannot even get a single collector's edition pre-order in and when I do ask if there is any way that I can obtain it. I always end up getting a sarcastic response from a staff. Congratulations, you just lost yourself a customer.

Very poor customer service at this location. Much prefer quieter locations not at shopping malls. I wanted to buy a few played before soccer games. They had a deal for $20 for two of them. When I asked whether a $17.99 game qualified, they weren't sure and said their computer system would decide. When I went to pay for the games they told me that 2 out of the 3 of them could not actually be found. If they can't be found, why in the world are their cases sitting in the store to be sold? Then the cashier told me to put the cases back where I found them! What kind of customer service is this? The store is also very messy.

Zero stars, ordered game online to pick up in store. When I went to pick it up they did not have the game and tried to give me a cheaper version even tho I bought the more expensive one. I’m still waiting for game stop customer service to refund me and it’s been two months. I suggest going to your local store that is locally owned. I’m pretty sure one of the employees stole it and now it’s probably a big internal investigation. The employees was super nervous when I showed up and kept dropping stuff, ask him about it and he just ignored me and gave me attitude.would no shop here again.

Store has really gone downhill this past year or so (new manager I believe). The staff look like a bunch of slobs so it’s difficult to tell who actually works in this store. The store on most days looks like a tornado went through it. One of my least favourite GS to visit

I just need a quick question, do they clean ps4 because My uncle gave me his ps4 and he had it for a long time.the fan makes A JET ENGINE NOISE every time when I play GTA or warzone, so do anyone know if they can clean a ps4?

Decent product, questionable customer service.
I found a collector's item in a package that I wished to purchase. Unfortunately, the original package was damaged with the handle ripped off.
After 30 minutes in line, I reach the cashier and ask the clerk if Game Stop offers discounts on damaged items. The clerk said they could potentially offer a discount on the damaged product itself but not on the original packaging.
I paid for my product and asked for a bag to carry the box. The clerk told me that the bigger bags are on back order and Game Stop does not run the delivery trucks to ensure they arrive on a timely manner.
For a customer who waited in line for 30 minutes and spent nearly $100 for a product. My overall experience did not do it justice.

Good service even though I don't know English well, they helped me buy things for my son as such there are no good discounts but for buying different things they gave me some items, a wide variety of games

Good place helpful stuff. Advertising that they have products that are actually not available

Very nice and helpful staffs. They will congratulate you to buy the products which not easy to find or Game stop only.

Honestly its an awesome place and I've been shopping here for a while. However, it doesn't seem like the staff really try and solve any issues that arise. I've had an issue for about a month and a half now and they either don't want to solve it or just keep sending me to some one else. Not too happy with the customer service.
