I am completely satisfied with the service, the technician is so helpful and polite giving me tips on how my heater will work for a long time. He answers all my questions knowledgeable.

I had the opportunity to deal with the fine folks of Gandy Installations on January 12, due to my furnace breaking down. They kept in touch with me regularly and were very understanding of my situation. The technician Joey was prompt and thorough in his assessment of my problem. He made sure that the problem was fixed on the same day. I was thoroughly impressed with his dedication and professionalism with the entire process. I'm happy to say that I will not be looking elsewhere for any heating or plumbing needs in future. I'm so very pleased with the team at Gandy Installations. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Amazing service from this quality firm! They’ve installed our furnace & heat pump and replaced the Hot water tank - we’ve had no issues since then and their service technicians have been professional and helpful!

They installed a furnace and AC last year and did a great job. So we had them install a tankless water heater this time and again did a great job.

Extremely satisfied with Gandy Installations duct cleaning. They’re great with communication and will let customers know when they’re on the way to your home. The technicians who came were professional, polite, and took pride in their work. They prepared the home perfectly to ensure no mess was made during the duct cleaning service. The technicians, Holden and his pal were super helpful and offered help to move things around and were accommodating with the dogs. Highly recommend them! I’m looking forward to the AC installation work in August!

Just got furnace replaced and AC installed and we cannot be happier. Gandy hires excellent technicians. Ive had a pleasure dealing with all of them. I want to particularly commend Dustin for his personable, honesty and hard work. He worked diligently and efficiently for almost 10 hours! He wouldn’t leave until everything was done, explained and cleaned properly. Just booked to get our water heater replaced. We are so happy with Gandy Installations! Thank you!

One technician came and diagnose my heat pump and paid 299+tax for less than 30 minute service.but the problem is after that. No action followed. I could not have any recommendation after thar. No repair or. Estimation for placement either. Why did i pay for diagnose if nothing followed?

Tech only cleaned fireplace.leaves one wondering how the service to the air conditioner and furnace went!
They sent out another tech immediately and we were very pleased with his work.

We felt that Jordan as a representative of Gandy was very professional and he appeared to have excellent knowledge of our fireplace. He solve the problem and he was very concerned about this minor micro leak that he found and he corrected it. The fireplace looks brand new again after the cleaning and polishing of the glass. We had Gandy install a gas line to the boiler for our pool. They had to be a bit creative to make it work in a tight space. They were awesome to communicate with, found a way to make things work in a good timeline, and made it work well within our budget. Highly recommend!

I bought the heat pump system from them, and always use them for maintenance.
He was very professional and courteous. The job was done quickly. He also caught the fact that my thermostat batteries were old and starting to leak, and replaced them.

Gandy is truly a business that you can trust. We made the switch from Good Guys when they failed to notify us that our furnace was still within the warranty period and wanted to charge for repairs that were $2.5k plus. Gandy went above and beyond to let us know that we didn’t need to pay such a price because our products are still within the warranty period. The service staff that comes to our home is always punctual, transparent and very kind. Our most recent experience was with Harrison and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything is in working order. I would recommend Gandy to everyone. If you are in the lower mainland, use Gandy. I 100% recommend.

After three weeks of no response, I had an initial consultation for a furnace replacement. Sought clarification on the quotes provided from a "comfort advisor" whose response included that I should not be in the market for a new furnace if a $200 difference is a dealbreaker.

Why is this part of the consultation experience? Plenty of other HVAC companies to choose from. No thanks!

Gandy did a very thorough job. The technician talked to an apprentice as he worked, and I was impressed by how complex gas fireplaces are.

Gandy Installations came to our rescue again, this time installing a new furnace. I recommend this company very highly. Ethan and Brent did the installation of the high efficiency furnace and condensate pump, installed new vents to the outdoors and managed to install the new thermostat in the perfect location (that I thought they'd never be able to get to). Like all the other technicians we've had from Gandy over many years, Ethan and Brent are friendly and skilled and seem to genuinely enjoy working for the family-style Gandy Installations business.they worked quickly and even though our house is old and offers lots of surprises, they had no difficulty at all. Soon, our house was warm again. Thank you to both of them, and also to Richard, who helped us pick the right furnace, and to the helpful people in the office. A highly trustworthy and professional company.

Besides being courteous and respectful I felt the team worked diligently to do the best possible job. The end result was they left our home neat and clean and we felt that we had a good job done at a fair price.

The technician was efficient & communicated well, explaining the issues and replaced the thermostat. We showed him that some vents blew cool air and some warm air for which he offered explanations. He suggested duct cleaning to try and resolve the issue of 2 vents not moving air. In retrospect, I'm surprised that their own service was not recommended. Hundreds of dollars later, I still have a heating problem!

We've had Gandy do our annual furnace maintenance for many years and have always been extremely satisfied. Their technicians are always super courteous and professional and it is a pleasure to meet them. They explain everything that they have done and give us clear updates on the performance and function of our furnace. This year, we received both e-mails and phone calls to tell us when the technician was on their way and when they were within a few minutes from our house. So much better than the 8: 30 AM - 4: 30 PM time window that you usually get for service appointments. Highly recommend them.

Prompt response, excellent service. Cam, our technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. He suggested a service that would improve the performance of our furnace and AC and made the necessary arrangements. Very satisfied.

Shaun, Cory & Jake were awesome. Took the time to explain everything and went the extra mile to solve an issue with the furnace fan speeds.

We got a furnace and AC installed. The salesperson was a little overwhelmed and we had to sort of chase him but once the deal was set the installers were great. They found some better options than we were originally told. All the work was done in a day. AC works great but haven’t had much use for the furnace yet.

Justin Bennett was the technician. He was on time, diagnosed the problem (lack of hot water) promptly, and went for a replacement Navien check valve. He returned in a couple of hours and replaced the valve and checked to ensure hot water had been restored. He also took the time to go up on the roof (twice) and re-caulked the roof vent for the furnace that had been installed by Gandy in 2012 because the rainwater was collecting in a pail in the furnace room. We have had this problem for many years, and he did not hesitate to attempt to solve it. That was greatly appreciated!

The Gandy tech was right on time and did a thorough job maintaining my heating and cooling system. He was neat, tidy, and very efficient. The price was exactly what I expected and there was no hard upsell for other add on products. I would highly recommend Gandy to anyone looking for these services.

Donny and his apprentice were very professional and well prepared. They diagnosed my issue and coordinated with the manufacture on a warranty claim. I highly recommend using this company.

Called to book an appointment in late June. After 3 follow ups, email, phone and in person was promised Rob would contact me but crickets. If this is how they treat potential customers, can only imagine how they treat existing ones.

Very impressed with my experience. Installation of my new AC was done on time and on budget. Very professional and extremely responsive to problems. My issue was not due to the installed equipment but rather the existing main breaker which had become weak and kept tripping. They came out and were able to find a replacement which they supplied at no cost. Gandy went above and beyond my expectations.

I am very satisfied with Gandy and I can rest assured that if something is wrong, their response will be quick. And also the guy explains quite well how to manage the thermostat; what I didn't know before.

Mikey from Gandy just recently installed our natural gas line to our backyard patio. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and did an amazing job! From the initial consultation to the actual installation we were thoroughly impressed with Mikey and the team at Gandy. Highly recommended!

AC intermittently not working. System was inspected and cleaned but nothing wrong could be found. He suggested it was likely the thermostat or wiring based on the symptoms, which is what it turned out to be. I was also shown how to use and maintain the AC and fireplace, which were new to us and no manuals were left behind by the previous owner. Very happy with the technician who attended.

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of the technicians. Very clean and explained anything I did not know. Very great pricing as well. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking. Very happy customer and now I can use my new bbq with my new gas hook up.

Error message appeared so called. Appointment a few weeks later, but tech turned up early. No problem found, but advice given.waiting for maintenance next month.

Enjoyed interacting with the very professional, knowledgeable staff, and impressed with them returning my property to a completely NON-Messy state when they had finished their work.

And now, a year later, the tune-up was performed just as professionally, with the covid-19 precautions employed by the technician - mask, gloves and special socks for wearing in the house.

First class service! Our air conditioning system broke down. Gandy AC technicians came quickly, and not only did a thorough assessment and fixed the problem, but explained what they were doing each step of the way. I had a lot of questions. They answered them all in a knowledgeable and respectful way. The bill was reasonable and they explained which part was supplies and which was labor. Furthermore, the administrative person who answered my call was very helpful and kept me in the loop re: time frames. This was definitely a five star job.
