I was literally trying on clothes and while i was changing the girl came into my change room she knocked but opened the door while knocking. I literally said im in here and she just stares at me and walks away. It was a short girl with black hair. Please be mindful next time

Went in with my sister we had a few things and the brown girl with blonde hair and a little too much lip filler came up and laughed at us and said u okay. Not “do you need a room” or “can I start a fitting room” nothing like that. Also I work in retail so I know this; but as we were checking out something my sister bought was final sale but she was told after she purchased it and this blonde girl with too much lip filler told her after, that is something you let the customer know beforehand. How are you gonna tell a customer they can’t return something that’s final sale without letting the customer know it’s final sale, especially since it had no red tag or clearance or final sale ticket on it. She was rude and completely unprofessional the whole time we were at the store.

Went in to look for summer cloths for my daughter and would refuse to let me shop around without using sanitizer. I explained I cannot use it as I have psoriasis which has been acting up with this heat wave, my dermatologist explained overuse of sanitizer in this past year has lead to this condition in the first place.and the staff decided to escort me out as if they have authorization over another persons body. Same thing has happened to other people judging my the reviews. Ridiculous. Used to shop here often for all three of my daughters and 4 nieces but will not be back. The girls in the Langley location are a lot better at their jobs.

Went in there last night Jan 2nd 2020. No greeting from the girls working there. They were all in a circle hanging around the front in their own gossip world. When I asked for help they just pointed to where I needed to go. At the till there was no eye contact from the girl at the register. Stone cold face. No warm welcome. Full of attitude. Just the worst customer service I have ever received at a store.

I love this store i own a lot from here but now they do close at 6: 00 everyday

Store manager Melissa was incredibly professional and exceptionally kind when I was there! Definitely made my shopping experience great!
