Don't offer order pick up, if you can't service your pick up customers. What is the point of ordering prior if your customers still have to wait in line up for their pick up and fight over patience with other customers.
Please train your staff as well to make sure they confirm the order is for cooked or uncooked.

I wanted them to cut chicken at 8: 30 pm and store closes at 9 pm. However, the staff (Jatin) told me that they cannot cut because they cleaned the machine. I trevelled 5 km to take chicken. This is unprofessional.

We order from this location chicken tikka and paneer tikka can’t imagine how disgusting food was quantity wise very less specially paneer tikka as it was not paneer it looks like rubber and chicken tikka so soggy and salty I will never ever do any order from this place

Lot of variety in marinated meats, but don't expect it less spicy and all the meats are skinless.

Good customer service and good food, just wish the less salt in perry perry chicken. Other than that no complaints
