Unorganized, I asked for my dogs certificate of his neuter and they have lost all the information very unprofessional

There was one rude Vet in this clinic before, but now he's retired. Other vets and staffs are so kind and nice. My cat has been diagnosed with cancer and had burn wounds. All staff and vets have been taking care of my poor cat with love. I am so thankful and grateful to them. My cat is on her last journey, but I will never forget their kindness.

Horrible claim they did the job properly but don’t and then expect you to come back multiple times in order to make the maximum amount of money off of you while making your dog suffer in pain do not recommend this clinic to anybody under the new ownership the Dr.customer relationship died when the original owner left

They got me in last minute to take care of my sick puppy. Staff was very nice despite me having a loud toddler with me. The dr seemed very knowledgeable and to the point. Prices were good

Do not bring your pet here. Dr Charach does not care about animals. He’s borderline abusive to them. He’s also horrible to his staff and it blows my mind that he still has a practice after all these years.

I’ve been taking our puppy here since she was young, no other veterinary hospital compares! The staff are always kind and they always remember our dog, Misha. The vet takes his time to explain issues and we always feel like we’re in safe hands.

This a a very caring and skillful Veterinary Clinic. I have used them for many years, and was reminded again of the wonderful experience after a recent visit.

Worst reception ever. They never answer the phone, don’t return calls after leaving a message, and show no empathy. My cat passed but was scheduled for an appointment for an injection. Of course I had to call and cancel and the receptionist informed me there was no such appointment booked in the first place. Ridiculous! As the first point of contact, reception needs to be better at people skills, which they clearly have none.

The veterinary staff themselves are nice.

My puppy Chilli has been with Dr. Wang for over two years now. The doctors and staffs here not only take great care of my dog but also provide me with many insights on preventive care for Chilli. I have been to a few other Veterinary Hospitals that are closer to my home before visiting Garden City Veterinary, but got very disappointed at their money-oriented practices. I recommend this place for all pet lovers!

Receptionist Tiffany was extremely rude and would highly not recommend this Vet. Customer service is non-existent, please do not support.

Receptionist TIFFANY super rude. Has the worst attitude. Stay away from this veterinary clinic at all cost. No idea how she got her job. I will definitely not refer any of my friends to this place. Absolutely garbage.

I don’t know where all these recent negative reviews are coming from, I’ve been at this clinic for a few years now and all of the staff and doctors we met were very nice people. They genuinely care for my two fur babies and were very knowledgeable with all my questions. The staff/assistants were also very sympathetic when my dog was sick, which was really appreciated during the stressful times. Dr. Wendy Wang has been our primary vet for the past few years now and we’ve never had any bad experience. Would recommend.

Not economical. I wish they could think from customers’ shoes and have a little empathy on unemployed clients due to the COVID. The staff were not able to eliminate non essential exams/tests/med, and the assistant seemed not professional. I could have spent 300 bucks less on my cats exams if the staff had told me some important information earlier.

Not impressed. Vet is young and inexperienced, her assistant who was posing as a vet tech couldn't answer any basic cat questions, prices are aimed to take advantage of wealthy foreigners. Hesitant to accommodate a simple task like consolidating the pet vaccination record book. When administering de-worming medicine and temperature taking, the vet seemed satisfied with "meh good enough" results that were lacking in certainty. With so many options in Richmond I don't care how bubbly or chatty you are, I want a vet who values me as a customer and isn't looking to extract as much money as they can from me. I won't be back.

Knowledgeable vet, explains everything so you can understand easily, passion for the animals comes through. Doesn't needlessly prescribe meds.

If you like your pet, don't ever go to this place, any vet in lower mainland is better than this one.

The receptionist is caring and patient. Dr. Wang And Tiffany are knowlagbal and have have good communication skill with our puppies.
