New location for the win! Twice as many snacks, convenient location, gorgeous new space. Delicious homemade traditional kimchi. I'm not too adventurous when it comes to food, so it's always a bit intimidating to try new stuff, but everything I've had here so far has been delicious, and their hot food station has a bunch of quick meals that have not disappointed me yet.
But what surprised me the most is how much I loved the vegan kimchi (I'm a big meat eater). Perfectly fermented, crunchy and just SO FLAVOURFUL. Very worth trying. So glad I gave it a try
Other than that, the snack aisle is definitely intriguing - this is as close as this town has gotten to a proper snack bodega - I tried Hi-Chew flavours that I have never seen anywhere else before and got some super unique sodas. They even carry Mexico-made sodas (i.e. With cane sugar vs.the corn-based junk that we get in US/Canada). Prices are very reasonable - a little too low if anything imo

Top quality food. The Korean bulgogi on rice was awesome. Fresh new addition to Tintown. Very friendly family.

So absolutely delicious! Puts everyone else's chicken to shame. I really love the snacks and condiments, I usually have to go to Vancouver to get some of these items. Highly recommend 10/10!

The chicken was amazing but due to unfortunate events it's been burnt to a crisp but besides that i loved the chicken:)

The seafood soft tofu stew was fabulous, sand they have some great Korean groceries. I'll be coming back on my next visit to Comox.

Super yummy, great food for a great price. Yang Nyum Chicken with sweet sauce is to die for!

Some of the nicest people ever! The food was next level I cannot say one bad thing. Their kimchi is homemade and divine, the tofu was also amazing. Thank you!

Super delicious Korean food with lovely, friendly staff, hidden away in the back of a gas station. I'm from Vancouver, and boy is it ever hard to find delicious authentic Asian food in Courtenay/Comox on a Sunday! Seems like most restaurants are closed on Sundays here (just an observation, not a criticism). My takeaway only took about 20 minutes to prepare. I got beef bulgogi, bibimbap, spicy kimbab and the seaweed and glass noodle fried rolls. Everything was extremely tasty and fresh!

Nice little take out ma and pa Korean restaurant located in a convenience market in a gas station. Decent quality and size for the price. Wish the young guy behind the counter was more diligent about wearing his face mask over his nose but at least they have plexiglass dividers.

Ok food slow service, make sure to order early. Verify your orders 3 visits 2 incorrect orders and well over a hour wait for chicken.
