Garrison Bistro

I ordered a bowl of the Thai Coconut Curry Soup with some crostini on the side and was extremely impressed with the depth of flavour and the attentiveness of the server. I have told everyone about the soup and will order it again. Just what I needed after a rainy walk at the river

I had the best salad and bowl of soup! The service was slow but worth the wait. The waitresses were super nice.

Went for dinner with six people. 3 of our orders were messed up or had hair in them. The seats were all ripped up and dingy looking. Disappointing

I met up with a friend for lunch. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was great and I loved the hibiscus lime margarita mocktail. I have the Tuna Poke Bowl, if you can't take spicy, I would suggest not biting into the jalapeno pepper slices. My friend had the power salad and I was told it was delicious.

Had takeout from here, I'm hesitant to try new places as I'd rather go somewhere I know won't disappoint, but due to circumstances I had to branch out and my expectations were exceeded. Very delicious. I had the arancini with herb aioli and salt & pepper chicken wings with jalapeño ranch dip.

The arancini and calamari was good, however I was disappointed with my salmon entree. The menu said duck fat fingerling potatoes, I got baby yellow potatoes with no taste of duck fat. The confit tomatoes were just cherry tomatoes cut in half. The salmon was a little dry. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was casually nice. One note though.your hood vents need to be cleaned. From our seat I could see the grease on the vents.

Has been our go to place since moving here 5 years ago. The staff are professional and personable without being fake, starting with the cheerful Manger. Food always what was ordered, fresh, hot, and nicely displayed. Prices are actually great for what you recieve, never left hungry. In short great food, price, quality, and service.

The food was fantastic, chef should be proud and probably is cause it shows! Was ok with service as it was brand new gal to serving and was lucky it was not busier! No non alcoholic beverages available which was super disappointing as they could be making money off giving non drinkers options, we were told we couldn’t get a alcoholic beverage as a no alcoholic beverage? Why I don’t know as I have been in restaurant businesses my entire life and just exclude alcohol and make it for me so that was super off putting and won’t recommend to anyone in recovery as I am but food a 10 service and other a flat 3: (

Had the bacon cheeseburger and salmon burger.

Both were excellent. Cooked to perfection and tasted amazing.
Staff were very friendly.

Portions are good as well for the price.

Pricing is on par with earls etc but smaller menu with better food imo.

It’s not a huge place but they also have a patio section.

Would recommend.

The food was fantastic. Calamari was immaculate. Pasta was fantastic. Old fashioned was a refreshing cocktail. All served by the prettiest girl I've met in Chilliwack. Great dining experience, Rae.

Most of the food is made in house and fresh like their amazing Burgers. They've absolutely lucky to have such talented Chefs.

What an interesting spot in Chilliwack's Garrison Village. Parking was easy, our reserved table was ready. Service was timely and quite professional while being very friendly. There were six of us in our Party and we all agree that the food selections were interesting with enough variety for everyone to choose from. My friend and I enjoyed the Short Ribs very much - they were so tender you did not need a knife to eat them! The Yorkshire that came with the dish was huge. Our friends also enjoyed other selections very much. We highly recommend this Bistro for an enjoyable dining experience.

We had a party of 20 and all the food was excellent. I had the ceasar salad and the prawn curry. Both dishes were some of the best I have had. The ribs, mussels, burgers, and pasta looked spectacular and my friends confirmed that they were all delicious. The service was excellent and I was amazed at how well they did in getting all the food out at the same time.

We got into town, asked for a 14 person reso, they not only accommodated us but the food was great, nice space, and friendly staff. Feels good when you don't know the city. Thank you.

Great food and exceptional waitress we had she was good looking and very informative of each dish I had a question about! Definitely recommendation for this off of Vedder Rd spot in Garrison!
