During my time at Garth Homer Society, I encountered numerous challenges related to their management practices. These issues were rooted in ineffective communication, leading to confusion and missed deadlines that had a significant impact on the organization's operations. Additionally, the micromanagement approach adopted by the managers was demotivating and created a sense of undervaluation and mistrust among employees. I also observed a lack of management support, which negatively impacted my work and overall morale.
Despite my efforts to resolve these issues, the management's response was inadequate, and the problems persisted. Unfortunately, these circumstances ultimately influenced my decision to resign from the organization. I believe that these issues could have been avoided or mitigated through better management practices.
In light of my experience, I would rate Garth Homer Society with one star. I strongly encourage the organization to take proactive steps towards improving their management practices to create a better work environment and prevent further negative experiences for their employees.
