Doctor Loewen has been a god send. He is easy to talk to and is ready to listen and understand what you are going through. They ensure I am comfortable with female doctors providing exams, and are always welcoming with their knowledge.

The lack of compassion and care that I have received is disgusting. But I am the abusive one? I was crying out for help!
How is this ok?
I was so excited to have a female doctor.
Arrogant and uncaring is what Dr. Shelley Bhalla is!
I pray for her patients health and care.

After being a patient for over 20 years this clinic kicked me out because I moved 70km out of town. With someone with a bad back injury that needs constant monitoring I now haven’t been able to get a doctor for over 3 years.
This should be illegal……Thanks

Some great doctors work in the office amongst other good workers, but just know that there is one person who works here that ruins the company. She is such a bully and if you ever have to work with her you will definitely see what I mean. Definitely recommend this place though, just don't cross that lady path. Many people know her I don't have to say her name, she knows herself too. Sure she will see this review. Are maybe it will be removed by her ad she acts like she owns the clinic perhaps it's her 1st and only job so I can't blame her she is inexperienced.

This place discrimnates Service Animals. I was made to take my Service Dog back to the Vehicle before I was allowed in the waiting room are and the staff here was very argumentive and rude towards me and my dog.this is not a very friendly place.

For years I have experienced the terrible receptionists here and I'm very over it!

They are very rude, I have been pleasant with them throughout my time as a patient ie: saying a polite greeting, a smile and a thankyou when I interact with them. In return I always get a snarky attitude and they never exchange pleasantries. I would define the receptionist here as very condescending and not very helpful.

The only reason why I go here still is due to the respect I have for Dr. Loewen. He has always treated me the way a patient should be treated, and goes the extra mile by showing interest in my personal life ie big life events, hobbies etc

I fear if the receptionists do not change or are not replaced I will soon have to find another family doctor.

Make an appointment for 330, wait until 4 to get in, if I was half an hour late for the appointment I'd be charged and have to rebook, I wonder what they would say if I sent them a bill for being late? Totally unacceptable.

I used to love this clinic and my doctor there now I have recently moved therefore I had my prescriptions moved, little did I know they needed to be renewed. I don't know who is working the front desk but they have refused to book me an appointment to renew my prescriptions and have told me the pharmacy has to get a hold of them or they won't do anything. Which is funny because they have never done it this way before in the 6 years ive been with them. As a type 1 diabetic if I can't get my prescriptions sorted out as soon as possible I could be hospitalized or even worse die. At this point I think the front desk person wants me to die. They treat people like they'd rather them die than talk to them. Horrible reception counter, just awful. Don't waste you're time here.

I've been with Dr. Welsh for about 26 years. I absolutely love him! The other Dr's in the office I've seen time to time are amazing as well. There is one receptionist that answers the phone that is extremely rude and should not be allowed to answer any calls at any business.
