Gateway Pizza

Their methi malai matar is out of this world. This is my go-to place for rumali naam and methi malai.

I always order from Gateway for food, but from last few order's experience, I think I wont order from here again. On december 31, I ordered 2 large pizzas and there was a hair in the pizza, I called them just to inform so that it wont happen again. Today I ordered Karahi Paneer for my friend as he doesnot eat chicken, and he told me after eating few bites that its chicken not peneer. Then I called them and they were just arguing that you ordered Chicken, even I confirmed that while paying for the bill that its Karahi Paneer. Instead of accepting the mistake they just keep arguing, Not going there again.

Best place for Indian food. Visit here to take best pizzas and food. My favourite pizza is paneer one. Food is also good. I like the most methi malai paneer.

This has happened several times we ordered garlic naan but get simple naan and got charged for garlic naan. This is so disappointing that we always get charged twice. Management is not looking after customers demand.

Highly unhygienic and poor customer service
Ordered a pizza over the phone. Requested it to be super mild and without Pinneaples.
Waited another 35 minutes at the store even after placing the order over the phone and the order was exactly the opposite of what i wanted.
Waited another half an hour for the new pizza
Went home oepned thr box and found a spider in the pizza.

Got food after 1.30 hour.
It was damn cold. Had to throw it.
Unexpected service

To be more clear, there is no government ruling saying that merchant should charge their customers a 2% charge. You should mention “ You are charging 2%…. ”. Your current sign/poster is deceiving and incorrect.

Love this place. Absolutely love their rumali roti and Paneer. Late night hunger? Stop at this place and you wont regret

I ordered Alfredo chicken pizza got bacon in my pizza I called to let the manager know I don't eat bacon she was very rude. She didn't want to hear what I had to say just kept on repeating the same thing over and over. Very poor customer service

The naan looks like a tortilla and barely passes off as a roti let alone naan.so much maida in it.change your naan recipe

Very bad customer service. Had to wait for 1 hour for just one item although they told me that it would take maximum 25 minutes.

Ordered 2 veggie pizzas. Never seen a pizza with oil more than any Indian dish. Also it was so hard to chew, looks like they have previously made it and just warm it up again.

Ordered karahi paneer but got chicken. We are vegetarian and I dont know what to do now. We called into the restaurant they did not figure it out anything they were telling us to return that and than we can give you another one either you guys come tomorow or later on. Noboday has that much time to do. Customer service is 0 in this restaurant.

Poor service and got wrong order after waited 45 minutes.when we called back regarding the wrong order. Employees was not ready to listen it

Amazing food. Good portions. Always fresh. Their chicken curry with bone is top of the class in the lower mainland. Definitely need to try it.

Food was good but really bad customer service… Girls at front were so rude. We ordered food for pickup and they said food will be ready in 40minutes. We were there after an hour for PU and girl said - wait your order is not ready yet… we waited 10mins then 20mints then, when we asked 3rd time after half an hour, girl was like everyone is waiting, can you wait? First, our order was being late and on top of that she showed us attitude, that is not done… Most rude thing was she was whispering to another girl like get their food first rather than going inside by herself to check what’s going on with our order…
Please be polite to your customers, we will also understand your situation if you try to put your efforts to handle the situation- better customer service rather being rude and disrespectful to your customer… please work on that…
