PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY. TODAY FOR THE THIRD TIME, I GOT TOTALLY DIFFERENT DISH COMPARED TO WHAT I ORDERED. Even the bags and people will confirm the dish ordered but inside the bag they randomly put the boxes without checking.
Please make sure to order carefully or many other better restaurants could be the solution

I have order food here several times. Every single time either its week day or weekend there is food is late. Says come in 15 or 20 minutes. Even if you still go there after 30 minutes, you have to wait. Ridiculous

I ordered for dal makhani, I was so hungry and wanted to eat that. When I brought the food home to eat it. It was so disgusting, the dal was so watery, like they added water in it. No taste at all, I was so disappointed. I will never visit this place again. I recommend everyone not to go to this place ever again. My stomach is acing so much after eating this food. Does not look healthy at all.
This place should be shut down for good.
A health inspector should please go and have a look at this place. To investigate the food, whether it's clean and healthy food given to customers

The best Surrey has to offer. It’s often busy however worth the wait. Pizza and fish are highly recommended.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this pizza place! The pizza was mouthwatering, with a perfect balance of cheese, sauce, and toppings on a wonderfully crispy crust. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I can't praise the friendly staff enough for their attention to detail and ensuring our experience was top-notch. This is definitely a five-star pizzeria, and I'll be returning for more delicious slices soon!

$30 down the drain - wife told me not to switch pizza places but for convenience I tried - not worth it - stick to what you know -

Staff is rude.don’t greet you.no one wears gloves while handling the food.
Poor customer service and lack of service skills and food is absolutely disgusting for the amount of money that you spend.
I would never come back to this place again nor recommend to anyone.

I ordered paneer pizza which was very bad and it was not cooked well. When I complained then they said it was your mistake you need to ask for extra cooked. Is this serious? It wasn’t happened before and this time i was really disappointed. I never make any order again.

The worst pizza ever. Employees are so rude and they don’t know how to take order from the customer. They are not ready to listen to the customer just asking ‘’anything else anything else”. I never recommended anybody to visit 148st location.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I called and placed and order then called back to add additional naan. The person over the phone was aware this was just an addition to a previous order. After getting there, the lady at the front comes out and starts complaining to notify if we have previously ordered as there was a miscommunication in their end. The guy over the phone clearly confirmed the changes and hung up. After informing her that, she went to the back and I can hear her staff in the back being rude and asking why we placed the order. Would never go back as they do not value their customers

One of the worst place to order your food. Once you order on the phone and reach there to pick up, they will tell you that your order was registered After waiting for an hour.such a rude behaviour and very unprofessional.

Ordered a paneer tills pizza without pineapple because of the allergy. Got a pizza with pineapple which was wrong. They asked for a picture and I sent them a picture. Called them for refund and the answer we got is … will give you 5% discount and sorry we are busy mistakes usually happens. So rude POOR SERVICE, very UNFAIR. Hope she gets a complaint from FRAZER HEALTH.

Gateway pizza must work on their staff and food service.

I order tandoori pizza an hour ago and when I went there for pick up my pizza they said didn’t find your order. I was waiting for my order in the store but that lady so rude so l unprofessional, she said we don’t have your order didn’t even apologize. Worst customer service.

I ordered medium achari veggie pizza and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The base was so thick that I could hardly taste the toppings but only the bread. They were super confused about the price of the pizza too and were trying to surcharge me. I have eaten pizza from their other location. It is always so good. Will never go to this place again.

Never go for delivery. They told
you it takes 40minutes but actually the order takes more than half hour

Worst experience its second time when i got my order incomplete and when contacted got no proper ans so will never be going to this palace ever again

I ordered At this location today, I ordered karahi paneer and tawa roti. Order taker himself substituted free naans with rotis without even asking, When i reached home and opened the order i called them they said he substituted roti for naans, sorry for inconvenience u can get naans for free. Any how, i get back to store guy said u have to pay for the naans i was like i called store and they said take it for free. Then i told him to add one garlic naan and i paid $2.50. They gave me these garlic naans. Seriously? They just give me their usual naan’s and put garlic paste or something raw not even heat it up on clay oven or something. Realllyyyy disappointed today.

Ordered a regular palak panner, even after my instructions they put so much oil, no cream and added saag in it. Had to throw it but when I called they said can’t do anything. Well done gateway pizza never expected.

I come from delhi, noida.
I have experienced the epitome of luxury in food in india.

But the popularity of this place and long waiting queue outside the place made me pay a visit.

How can one like gateway pizza. It’s a desi pizza store that u get on stalls in rural India.

Instead of oregano. They serve the pizza with long green chillies as a condiment. (lol) I was just wondering if they put ginger and Dhania on it.

I have had food poisoning after eating paneer tikka pizza from there.

The pizza base was so thick and bad that if there was a negative rating I would have given that.

Only food like main course gravy items are good here that’s it.
