No actual knowledge of PC's. Claim to install AV software and do scans, but simply leave PC on for 2 days, doing nothing to it. Windows event log shows every application run, installed etc. Check your event log and you will see NOTHING done.and for that, they will charge over 200.00. Do yourself a favor and use an ACTUAL technician. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD HERE. There 100% a Scam

Huge shout out to Talon in the Kelowna store! Bought a new all in one computer and Talon worked on my extensive data transfer and did a great job. He made sure it was done to my satisfaction and gave me some great advice as well. Hey Best Buy.he's a keeper!

Asked for a motherboard standoff in store and was told they couldn't let me buy one? Probably had a bucket full about 20 ft away.now I gotta go somewhere else or buy 30 of them off amazon for 5 bucks

Worst place unknowledgeable expensive unfriendly. Told me it wa better to buy a new laptop which was only 6 months old then fix it btw i bought it there. Say it was too old to be fixed.

Used to be great! Had a business membership and now you can’t get any help without calling the 1800 number just to have them not be able to help you. I canceled my business membership and got charged me $180 cancelation. Lol.

Tried calling Geek Squad in Kelowna and couldn't ever get through to talk to a real human. Same experience when trying to call Best Buy. Quite frustrating when I don't live in Kelowna and just need some general assistance with products I purchased there. BS.

Right now we are not very happy with Geek Squad. They have let us down. We hope their service will improve in the next little while.

Worst service I have ever had from a company. This place is brutal. I have been on the phone with them 4 times now, every single person wasted 20+ mins of my time and assured me the problem was solved (just trying to get a return shipping label sent to me) and I still dont have my shipping label. I have encounted 3 separate errors on the website which the people at the call center have no answers for. Avoid this entire company at all costs
