Paid for protection on galaxy s20 ultra and galaxy earbuds. They ripped me off on the protection for phone they say they acknowledge I paid for both and over the phone I was told they would sort it out but they told me it was some how lost and they cannot fix it

Took my Macbook Air in for repair after an accidental spill, within 10 days they ordered new parts and shipped it right back to me. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and made me feel confident that my computer was in good hands. The staff were very helpful and professional, making suggestions with my best interest in mind and accommodating my move to another city. Excellent!
