How can I get a bill from geek squad $580.00more expensive than the proce of the actual computer.now can anyone yell me whe this is and why I've not been able to talk to anyone to get this resolved.waiting patiently

The worst communication and customer service I have ever dealt with. I pay for the top monthly package to minimize disruptions and although they stated they would transfer over my data to a loaner laptop within 24 hrs, they failed to do so. The worst part is after 30 mins on the phone with two different central customer service personnel, I was never able to get to speak to anyone at this store in order to get an update of where my loaner laptop was which means I cannot effectively work. Once I get my laptop back I will be canceling my plan with Geek Squad all together.

Just wanted to commend Benjamin at Geek Squad at 798 Granville street. We came in to give in our external drive for data recovery and Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful and professional. He is a great asset to your company. I would also like to give a shout out to Saurav who was also extremely helpful and professional. This is great customer service!

I called to get a time and cost estimate to repair a laptop keyboard. After going through the phone tree I was told it would be a 60 minute wait to talk to someone. I'm not sure how they even get new business!
