Very professional shop who is able to identify and repair my damaged Apple Watch in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Will return for future repairs

Update 2023: just visited for a repair of my MacBook. Accurate quote, very fair pricing, quick turn around, and great communication. This place is still my go to for repairs.

They do great work here. They have the equipment to do the repairs that Apple can’t do. I saved about $700 replacing the screen on my iPad. Very helpful and knowledgeable and Igor is always interesting to chat with.

Igor replaced my worn out headphone jack inside my Samsung S10+ and it has a new lease on life. He did it for a very reasonable price and the time frame was incredibly fast. Highly recommend based on my experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Igor has saved me and my technology twice now. First he brought my macbook air back to life after I thought it was completely dead. Then, I took my iPhone X to him, after apple said the logic board was broken and the phone was toast, and he was able to repair it within an hour for $75. He is incredibly smart and understands what the customer needs. I will be back with any future issues I have with any technology. Thank you Igor and Geek Workshop!

Igor, the person who repaired my Surface Pro 5, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very transparent in giving me all the repair options & details, such as letting me know that there could be a chance that my touch screen would not work, before going through with the repair. I found the pricing to be very reasonable and affordable compared to other places I had searched online. Additionally, my repair came with after care warranty which was amazing. Would HIGHLY recommend everyone visit this place for repairs.

I had an iPad 6 th gen screen replaced here and it was cheaper that anywhere else I looked, quality of work is good, looks brand new service was prompt and there was no bs and that is why I gave it five stars

Great customer service. I got my surface pro 4 fixed. They replaced the battery and performed testing of other components as well such as display, charging port and others.

The service was worth it. The pricing is fair. It is competitively cheaper than other giants.

I dropped my apple watch SE and the screen shattered. It wasn't covered by apple care+, so I had to pay nearly $300 which is almost the original price of a new SE. But I found this shop and they repair my apple watch at less than a half price of Apple's, and the watch works perfectly after the repair. They are so nice and response very quickly.

Visited Geek Workshop and Igor for a Surface battery replacement and the whole experience was great. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and honest services and advise. Happy to find an electronic repairs shop, which operates this way.

I never leave online reviews - I had to for Igor. Absolutely amazing service and care. Ultimately couldn't fix my device and refused payment. I asked multiple times to pay but he still refused. Don't bother with chain fixers. Igor is the one and only!

I think it was Igor the guy working in the front that fixed my keys for my macbook pro. Spilled coffee on my keyboard and he was able to diagnose it. He teaches you about the equipment itself as well for precaution purposes. He was a real easy going guy that replaced and fixed some of my keys with some spare keys that were laying around.

I didn't actually go there, I called to check if they can fix my phone. Although they told me they won't fix Samsung phones right away, they stayed on the line and described a whole lot about why.

They also have me a lot of info about which phone are repairable and which are not, info about how phone values decline over time, and helped me with recommendations about next phone.

And I realize they have an impartial opinion because they're not a Apple fan boy.

I'm a tech person myself, and I was able to tell they are very knowledgeable about their field as well as being nice. I recommend that you at least check with them if you have an electronic device that needs a repair.

Uhhhh, Apple watch glass is so fragile! Mine shattered into pieces after meeting the bathroom floor. Fortunately I found these guys! They fixed it and it now looks just like new. Can't believe Apple quoted me $399 for repair while I got it fixed here for only $150 including taxes!

My iPhone wasnt charging at all and geek workshop techs were able to replace it in just under 30 minutes. Price was also super cheap. Staff super friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars for sure!

Went there just last week to get a battery replaced for my Series 4 Apple Watch. Only took one day to get it done. The battery capacity shows 100% and the watch lasts whole day now opposite to 4-5 hours before. Really happy with the service - totally recommend!

I shattered the left side of my surface pro 7 screen, which had cracks that extended all the way past the center of my screen. This store is the only one online that said they would tackle a screen replacement for my surface pro 7. I gave them my computer on a Friday and got it back the next day Saturday. Cheaper than the Microsoft alternative, and much faster. As well, all my data was kept on my computer. Worth the commute from Maple Ridge for good service!

Igor provides an excellent level of service. I brought my Pixel 3 phone there because it was out of warranty and could not be charged at all. Igor did the troubleshooting accurately and explained to me that the cause. He did a great job replacing the charging port and gave me great tips on which phone I should buy if want to get a new one.
I highly recommend his services and will definitely come back to his workshop for any repair needs.hopefully not so soon:)

Had a Pixel 2 battery and camera replacement. Camera works perfectly fine now. Also had issues with a loose charging port, but they told me a replacement was not needed at all. They cleaned my port free of charge!

Got my iPhone X screen and battery replaced for a fair price. Took less than an hour, and the staff was helpful in answering my questions about the differences in display quality.

These guys are just great. Got my screen replaced in a couple hours vs they 4 days waiting time at some other store. Also got it for 80$ less as well.

They are also a pick up spot for Fedex delivery. Had to go in for a pickup and they even helped me out with a few printouts even though they don't offer it as a service. Polite/ Professional and overall great set of folks work here.

I lost my email from my iPhone X. I tried everything to get the icon back. I was picking up a parcel from Fed Ex so I was at their store. The technician came from his desk and helped me. He had my email back in less than 5 minutes. This is amazing service and knowledge. They made my day! I highly recommend this repair shop

My iMac monitor was cutting out and I thought it was an overheating problem. They opened it up and quickly found it was a problem with the graphics card of my particular model. Their solution was to resolder the GPU and I've not had a problem since. Excellent work, explained in plain language and done quickly. These are my go-to people now for computer repair.

Exceptional repair shop. I’ve been here about 6 times already having replaced battery for my Pixel, screen for my iWatch and couple iPads that had shattered glass. Everything was done at a reasonable price and amount of time.

I had contacted Geek Workshop by phone to see if they would be able to restore my moms phone after seven had dropped it and they had answered all my questions in such a professional and caring manner.they had also quoted me without even me having to ask! Once I arrived not only did they fix my moms phone, they had also restored another phone I had hanging around! Made it basically brand new again! Two phones all within a half hour done and so reasonable! Great prices, great service and so friendly! Thank you guys again! You were just awesome!

They did a fantastic job repairing my iPad's smashed screen. It now looks brand new! The staff at Geek Workshop is very friendly, quick to reply to emails and their pricing is very reasonable. I don't write a whole lot of review but these guys are the real deal.highly recommended!

I have an iPad Air 3 that my daughter stepped on, it not only left a giant crack on the screen but also bent it in the middle. Geeks were able to fix it like brand new and have it ready in less than 24 hours. Their fees were affordable and reasonable and you don’t pay unless they can fix it. I will definitely bring all my future device repairs here.

This is now the second time I went to Geek Workshop and both times (1.broken Apple watch screen & 2.broken iPhone screen) I had a great experience, both my watch and phone are working perfectly after they got fixed even month later. Both times the work was done within the estimated time, the price was just as when I called in and overall the staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I had the shattered screen of my Apple Watch Series 5 replaced within a 24 hour period and for a very reasonable price! The place had a very good parking (finding which is always a problem for me in Vancouver). Everyone at the shop was genuine, friendly, patient and offered detailed plan on how things will be done. They were also very precise and made me feel like I had my friends fixing my watch for me! Thanks a million! You are my go-to place from now on!

Just BE CAREFUL!
They changed my iphone XS screen in last June. At the time of repairmen they said it has fully covered warranty for one year. Now it has green lines on the screen and some touch screen problem. I went there and they said it fell down somewhere and had physical damage, then warranty does not cover it. The phone did not fall at all and there is no evidence of any physical damage. They did not accept it, that simple!

BE CAREFUL, it is just a very low quality and fake warranty!

Brought in my galaxy S9+ for a charge port replacement, and galaxy S8 for a smashed back glass. Same day service on both devices. Very happy with the service and the price was extremely competitive. 5 stars, don't bother going anywhere else.

I don't think I have ever written a review, but these guys deserve it. I live out of town and had sent off my Surface Pro for a screen replacement, when I had gotten it back the screen was a bit glitchy. Geek Workshop covered it under warranty and replaced it with a better screen and I am so over the moon with how the replacement screen is working. Not only that but they are reasonably priced for repairs. I would highly recommend them:)

They were really fast, shorter than the time they said it'll take! I got my mac battery replaced and they got the new one ordered in one business day! I also got a glass screen protector and they placed it with care! ️

Needed my charging port replaced. They immediately ordered the part and had to fix in only a couple hours. Also paid half of what every other shop would. Can't see why anyone would go anywhere else!

Downgraded from 5 stars: Disappointed with the quality of the product. Within a few days of receiving my second generic screen, the home button started freezing. This had never happened with my phone before. I was planning to take it in to get it looked at again when it dropped from knee height and cracked - even with a tempered screen protector. My phone had dropped 100+ times without a screen protector from higher distances before it cracked; this screen cracked on the first drop in less than a week. I ended up paying to have it fixed again even though the quality was questionable to begin with. Three screens replaced in less than two weeks. Too bad because I really wanted to love this place.

Original 5-star review: I cracked my iPhone screen and needed it fixed. Brought my phone here due to the stellar reviews and their service left me impressed. After getting a new screen and tempered glass (super reasonable at $10), I noticed my iPhone wasn’t as responsive when texting or browsing. I called them the next day and brought my phone back. Igor and Irina replaced both items without any hassles. They’re super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning next time I have any phone or computer troubles!
