Chris King is amazing. I can't imagine buying anything computer related without going through him. I Love everything he has set up for us. He asks all the right questions to make sure whatever he installs is perfect for our use. If we ever have an issue, he is super reactive and fixes the problem so quickly that I sometimes feel like an idiot. Makes everything look so simple. I would highly recommend him for anything computer/IT related.

Went in on a weekday to get a laptop and they are not easily available now b/c of Covid. The tech Jesse we dealt with was very honest when he told us he would not hold it against us if we had to get one elsewhere due to limited inventory everywhere in Canada. We asked him to give us a call same day by close because we needed one ASAP for our business/personal use. Old one was fried unexpectedly and I don't want to go into big box stores because they have no service and only care to get as much $$$ in their pocket asap.

He got back to us within the hour via email (surprise!) and was very forthcoming with information on different models that are available because for computer illiterate people like myself, it was incredibly overwhelming trying to decipher the computer terms used in technology.

What I and my senior friend that I was assisting especially liked was the friendly manner of Jesse the tech and how he used easy to understand language and did not talk down to us.something that my senior friend said she already experienced by the rushed salesman in the local Staples. The big box stores are a complete waste of precious times when you are buying a BIG TICKET item like a computer.

We are still wanting to buy a desktop PC and the brand that Jesse mentioned Lenovo and Asus is something he can get for us he said. Actually, he can get us any computer we want and I was so appreciative when he told me truth and said my friend's Sony laptop that she loves is not worth repairing because of the computer parts being not available. This guy could have just lied to us if he wanted to get the sale and fix it for us because we love the Sony.

Didn't seem super excited to get my business. I went in on Friday, about an hour before closing and I was told I would have my quote on Monday. By Monday, I had changed my mind in the system I wanted built. When I asked for a quote on the new specs and asked if they could either price match PCPartPicker.com or be close and build the system and provide a warranty, I got an email response saying they don't price match and even if they did, they couldn't beat PCpartpicker.com.

I was disappointed in the response because they didn't even try to give me a quote or to gain my business.

I ended up purchasing through Dell. About $3500 for the system I wanted. I would have liked to buy from a local shop during this Covid business, but I guess they're doing okay?

They helped out a random YouTuber with a camera do the unimaginable! They were completely honest and I felt they truly wanted to help. As a guy in Indiana, USA who has his own repair/refurb shop. Give these guys a try!

The one tech, Jesse, was super helpful and informative. Has always fixed my issues super quickly.
