I always love coming here for our dental routine and the staff here are very accommodating.they make sure that I won’t feel any nervousness and anxiety is gone. Dr Azimi and hygienist are “gentle” and very caring. Service is beyond expectation especially the front desk- Duska. Fun talking to her.

Gentle Dental Burnaby is literally the friendliest dental office I have ever been to! I’ve been going to them for over 15 years. They are also very accommodating with payment plans. Everyone is professional. They also have a very good numbing machine which I appreciate.

My very best cleaning at Gentle Dental and in general my very first. Just as their name implies, they are gentle, friendly and make you feel at home. Very clean place and professional. Their staff are polite.

From lovely office manager Candace & competent and friendly Dr. Erceg, to two changes in owners & office staff and chaos in the office. No notification of new dentist by mail, email, or a flyer in the bag with the new toothbrush after a visit. No business cards with name of new dentist. Receptionist blamed Covid instead of laziness for not keeping patients informed and was rude and defensive. Appointments not aligned with dental insurance coverage. Went to a different dentist and it was like going from night to day.

I have been with this clinic for years and always have great experience. They provide efficient and professional services. The environment is clean and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Azimi is the most professional and best dentist in Metro Vancouver! I did four fillings and cleaning in the gentle dental clinic, and I am super satisfied with their work! The clinic is spotless, relaxing, and tidy, and all the personnel are so polite, kind, and respectful. Dr. Azimi’s assistant, “Rumena, ” is actually the best; she is sooo professional, lovely, friendly, and considerate. I’m super pleased that I did my teeth job there and chose gentle dental, and I definitely will do with them. The best description for them is “gentle. ”

Dr Azimi has a great team of people working for her! I Am consistently greeted warmly by Deushka and others and have always had highly competent dental cleaning and inspection by Rumena. Dr Azimi listens to my questions and responds knowledgeably. I have recently had 5 front teeth replaced (2 crowns and a bridge). As this was a big dental ‘project’ for me, I felt supported all through the process. I always appreciate how they continue to communicate with me and let me know each step of what they aren’t doing while I am in the chair. Very respectful. I would (and have) happily recommend anyone to go to this dental office for fair and respectful dental care if you live in Burnaby! L Duke, RN

Gentle Dental provides professional, friendly and gentle care to their patients! The dentists, dental hygienist and assistant are highly-skilled and very kind. Office staff are welcoming and efficient.
Clinic is conveniently located by a large parking lot and offers parking reimbursement.

When I moved to Burnaby from Vancouver I didn't want to switch dentists because I'd become comfortable with my last one and they were kind and considerate to my anxiety around dentists. I had them recommend a dentist in Burnaby and I'm so glad they directed me to Gentle dental. Already in the name I was hopeful and they've been lovely every since. They are less expensive than the Vancouver one and they always make me feel comfortable and never bad if I've neglected work needing to be done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got recommended here a few years ago by my Fiance, got Veneers and my confidence level went to, I can smile for days. I even told a coworker of mine to come here for her wisdom teeth. The staff are so nice and friendly, all of them treat you with respect. I would recommend anyone else I know to come here for good service. I would come here over and over again, even just for a check and clean up. Five stars

I originally chose this place because of the name, Gentle Dental. I have extremely sensitive teeth and gums and visiting the dentist for a cleaning was usually a nerve-wracking experience. I've now had five years of wonderful visits with staff who put me at ease, listen to my concerns, and truly do take a gentle approach. I've also brought my toddlers here and they had great fist experiences with dental care. This office is run by a wonderful office manager who always remembers names and personal details that make you feel like you're part of a family.

I'm a patient of Dr. Azimi for the past 2 years now. Her and her team are professional but most importantly personable and caring. I always feel welcomed and being valued which is notably less existing in our health care system. When it comes to teeth and oral hygiene, you want to find a doctor who's honest, knowledgeable and whom you can trust. I found that in Dr. Azimi and her team. Their location, hours, parking and inside ambience compliments their excellence service.

I've been coming to Gentle Dental, since 1998. The professional treatment is amazing, what makes me staying with the clinic is they go above and beyond to help the customer. About the stuff, from receptionist, dental hygienist and the doctor, all are wonderful.

Great experience with this dentist. My old dentist closed this year. After some research I found Gentle Dental. Everyone is really nice and after a cleaning they found a couple cavities that needed filling. Everything was explained and the fillings went well. I’m happy to say I’ve found a new dentist!

The present dentist Dr Azimi is very gentle, calm, respectful, knowledgable & highly skilled. All of the staff is pleasant, helpful & truly care about your experience. Duschka is an office warrior queen when dealing with the various extended dental insurance companies. Really appreciate her.
