Gentle Dental Langley

I’m so incredibly impressed by my experience at gentle dental. I had a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday with Dr. Dhillon and I’m insanely afraid of dentists due to bad experiences in the past. So you could only imagine how anxious I was getting this done.

I had IV sedation to ensure I was comfortable and able to get through the procedure. I spoke to Dr. Dhillion numerous times on how scared I was to get this done and he reassured me that every was going to be okay and I will be well taken care of!

We had some laughs during procedure day and once I fell asleep, I didn’t wake up in any sort of pain that was unbearable. They had my ride ready to bring me home as soon as I woke up and everything I needed to care for my wounds.

Thank you Dr. Dhillon and the gentle dental team for making that such a pleasant experience!

I’m happy to visit Gentle Dental. So far I had a good experience with Dr Matthew. There are using modern technology for x-ray and I feel like a family friend where everyone is nice and open to your needs.

Dr. Paul Dillon does excellent work. Like textbook perfect work on my crown. I highly recommend this Dentist and his excellent staff.

For someone who is deathly afraid of dentists, needles, the drills, etc. This is the place you need to go. I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade and needed work done. Stephanie at the front desk is amazing. Dr. Mattu is extremely gentle and knowledgeable. 10/10. Also the dental assistant (didn't catch her bame) absolute fantastic

It was my first visit to Gentle Dental Langley, it will not be my last. Super clean and bright interior. Warm and inviting receptionist. I had fun with the young lady cleaning my teeth ;). Dr Dillion was informative and filled my cavity with no discomfort and I was on my way home in no time. I highly recommend Gentle Dental.

Way too much to share here. Huge wall to walk through for many reasons. Did it today and from the receptionist to the Dr.they were fabulous in every way. If you have been traumatised in the past for any reason.this is the place to go. I am crying here tonight in how great this whole staff was in supporting me through the wall!

Gentle Dental was able to squeeze me in for an appointment in December 2022. I had a great experience. The staff and dentist were all courtesy, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My recent visit to Gentle Dental was a wonderful experience. I am 60+ but still traumatized by dental experiences in my childhood. I experience feelings of fear when I have to make a dental appointment, but since the staff at Gentle Dental always make me feel comfortable and safe, I get over them very quickly now. I believe everyone will have a great experience here and recommend them highly!

I had my first appointment today with the Gentle Dental office. I can't say enough about how much I love every single person I met today! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted warmly. Dr. Lo is so kind and explains everything to you thoroughly. Raman, Crystal, Janelle, are fantastic. Crystal the hygenist is hilarious, lol I know I missed a name here, the Dental assistant, sorry and you were wonderful as well. They have me now as a patient and I know we will be friends. Thank you all so much! I felt completely comfortable and I felt I mattered.

DR. LO is straight up and thorough, very detailed, professional and easy to deal with. If you want a comfortable dentist experience with no pain this is where you should go. Whole team at GD Langley is genuine and their communication is flawless. Just straight up good people.

Staff and Dr. Suri are great. I've had 2 visits with them and am very happy with the care I received. Both of the receptionists are very friendly. Everyone there makes sure that you are comfortable during your visit. Thank you!

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Lo and his team were very patient with me, answered all of my questions and even though I was really anxious, they tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I don’t usually write reviews but my experience at Gentle Dental went above and beyond my expectations. The entire experience with them was amazing, office staff are extremely polite and kind, they even followed up with me to see how I was doing after the extractions. I highly recommend Gentle Dental, they are definitely true to their name.

This is actually the only dentist office that I have been to that I don’t have to talk myself into going to every time. They are always so nice, friendly and on time.
I have had a fair bit of work done and not a single issue, I would recommend Gentle Dental in Langley to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at Gentle Dental! The clinic is very clean with modern facilities. They followed all covid protocols carefully. I was very impressed with the staff. From the receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant to the dentist, everyone was very personable and welcoming. I went in for a cleaning after almost two years and Crystal was very thorough and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Definitely the best cleaning I've ever had. Dr Lo is clearly very knowledgeable and took his time educating and answering my questions. Look forward to my next visit!

Reception, administration, as well as actual dental work were top notch but dental assistant, not so much. Sloppy, at best.

I have avoided dentists for far to long.my last experience was not a good one. I knew I had dental issues so started looking for a new dentist. I came across Gentle Dental and read the reviews I was very pleased with the reviews. I called and from the first few words in the conversation I felt totally at ease, I booked an appointment right away. I went today and it was a great experience I have a lot of work to get done and I am in complete trust with this office. I recommend them to anyone and everyone even chickens like me. Thank you

Had my 2 and 3 year old in today for their first check up. Was a great experience, I wasnt sure they would even open up! Dr. Lo and the staff were great, kids felt comfortable. Definitely an office to bring your whole family.

This was my most pleasant dental experience to date! I've been to many dentists over the years that I've never been a repeat patient for, however this time feels different, I will be going back for sure. The staff was kind and thorough, the doctor was compassionate and I didn't feel like he was trying to do more work than was necessary. Truly the kind of experience that will have me recommending Gentle Dental to my friends and family!
