Gentle Touch Esthetics & Gel Nails

Just got my lash extensions done and I love them! It was very relaxing and I was very comfy laying there for 2.5 hours while they were being done:)

Rochelle (and all staff) are so kind. And the service is consistent and 5 star quality. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my manicure.

This is a salon that goes above and beyond. I was on a short time line and was put on the cancellation list for a lash perm and tint. I got a call and was booked in at a time when they usually close. Rochelle made me feel very welcome and did an absolutely amazing lash perm and tint for me. I'm so happy with the results. The salon, itself, has a lovely decor and warm atmosphere. I highly recommend Rochelle and Gentle Touch.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of care at this location. From the manager to the nurse the service was impeccable! I am already seeing great results!

Not 5 stars because nail technician cut my big toe nails too short and rounded the edges which causes ingrown toe nails for me and some nails had a bit of polish on the cuticles/sides on the skin.

I got a manicure and pedicure here for the first time today. Had such a lovely experience! I will be recommending this nail salon to my friends and family.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Gentle Touch! I see Amber and she always goes above and beyond. It also helps that she's hilarious and so you get your treatment and in addition a one woman comedy show:) Before coming to Gentle Touch I tried other places that I was not very impressed with at all. I highly recommend Gentle Touch!

Not happy at all. Told her %20 Sylicic acid & %30 Glycolic acid doesnt work on me. So for some reason she used %20 Sylicic acid? ! Which did nothing. Not surprised. My skin problem got much worse. Over a dozen scars. I look terrible. Time off work. To bad she didn't give me the strong acid. Is my money not good enough? When i come in i'm paying for the strongest treatment available NOT the weakest? She was probably just trying to make more money off of me by making me try everything. Even when i told her i've tried it before. Well in reality she lost money because she didn't listen. Thanks for wasting my time, money & health. I'll never go here again. If the treatment worked it could of made big difference. Thanks for nothing.

I love going to Gentle Touch. The staff genuinely cares about your needs and are very professional. The atmosphere is pleasant too. I highly recommend this salon.

Can you have fun getting your back waxed? Yes, if you see Rochel at Gentle Touch Esthetics. I needed a rush appointment due to a scheduled trip to Mexico (same day) and was given an appointment within a couple of hours and it was great. She was very knowledgeable about the treatment and products and believe it or not, made the session enjoyable. Highly recommend her and Gentle Touch. Thanks
