George Richards Big & Tall

I will state that I hardly ever give five stars. Our first visit, we went there today to look for a grad photo outfit for our son. Success, the staff were amazing, funny, personable, and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

The staff knows my son and I when we walk in the door. They remember us and treat us like friends. Thank you for seeing us. And as my son keeps growing (6 foot 6) they have always got clothes that fit him and look great as well. You are the best.bravo

This store is great and one of the larger closer George Richards stores to our Burnaby area. This one is at Market Crossing, and has a large choice of really nice looking men's clothing! The people here are very friendly and welcoming, and they actually talk to you in passing, while you shop around. They are right there for any questions you may have regarding fit or adjustments needed. They have treated my husband really well for years now -and -they have a
great selection of underwear, outwear, and modern styles for Big and Tall men, and, they are always well-stocked for hard to find mens clothing sizes! Our "go to" place for big and tall men's attire!

Favorite place to shop. As a big fellow, I can find comfortable quality clothing and well priced.

I’m gonna give everybody an honest review about this place well about the products that they sell I had purchased a jacket from there the jacket cost me $275 it was a little more than what I thought I’d spend but I thought I was getting a good quality jacket I ended up washing it on gentle cycle like it said on the tag the jacket I came apart all the stitching was frayed and was coming out some of the logos were straight off it shrank I just like to say it’s very poor clothing and very cheaply made stuff that they sell there and they really gouge the customers on the price you are definitely not getting good quality clothing from there it’s cheap falls apart definitely would not recommend shopping there you can buy better stuff on Amazon way better quality and a better price whatever you do do not shop there you can probably buy better stuff at Walmart if you have to go there anyways Thanks for reading this I really hope it helps you

Great store for the big guy. I always head right to the clearance racks first because the regular inventory can be a bit pricey. Shop there often and they will make you a VIP customer and you will then always get 10% off.

Their clothes are OK. Don't order online. They are much slower than other online sellers. Just go to the store if you can. You can get what you want faster, if they have it in stock. But that is another problem, they often don't have many sizes of things in stock. So it's a catch 22, online they have stuff like t-shirts that I would want to buy, but they take a long time to get here; and in the store I can get things right away, but the selection is way more limited than what you find online. They are the only guys around who sell larger sizes so I guess we're between a rock and a hard place.

Had a funeral to attend and they worked miracles for me.

Not impressed that this company no longer serving tall working men like me. They know longer sell cargo pants for people with an in seem longer then 32 inches. I think there new company name should new be Short and Stubby since tall people mean nothing to this company.

I ordered a jacket which upon trying on I decided to return. The return was delivered to them on November 2 and they have constantly given me excuse after excuse of why they have not issued a refund. I think they might be trying to simply refusing to see if I will simply go away. I have called and emailed and get the same BS. Amazon refunds in one day! BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT BUYING FROM GEORGE RICHARDS. I finally found a CSA who realized that somehow they had screwed up and immediately issued a credit for this item as well as one that I just sent back. Kudos to the staff member who realized that

While they do have larger sizes the quality does not match the price. I would shop elsewhere if I could.

Only has two change rooms and no mirrors in the change room but otherwise great. Staff is super helpful.

Was very happy with the staff, service, & selection. They've seemed to updated their suits to be more modern. Caught amazing deals with a recent sale & am super happy. Tailoring was VERY reasonable & quick. Will for sure be coming back!

I went in to buy jeans for my husband. Ralph was very helpful, he looked up the jeans I bought last winter and found me the same size same brand same model number. Thanks Ralph

Great experience! When I walked in I was greeted by Syed, one of the lovely sales people, he left me in peace to have a look around.
When I asked about something he was very attentive but not overbearing, he gave good advice and I felt no pressure to buy anything. There were a couple of items I liked but they didn't have a size that fitted me, unlike other stores I've shopped in, Syed told me they weren't a good fit and we then looked for something else. Ed the manager came to help when I was looking at belts, Syed had found me a great belt but it was too small, Ed said they would be able to order one in for me and it would arrive before I left to go back to the UK. I found Ed and Syed very helpful and nice, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to this store again! This was a 5 star service.

I have been finding the service there over the last year to be quite poor, several times I have asked to have clothing items brought in for me even paying for them before hand and the clothes either dont show up or they give them to someone else. Clothes are great for the most part.

Drove a long way to get nothing. All I wanted was a seasonal belt, light in colour, not one to be had. Canadian Tire had a better selection.

I am a frequent customer at this store. Ed always takes great care of me. The only problem I have is these clothes shrink a lot. I have bought so many shirts there and they keep shrinking. I just spent 1000.00 at Mr Big & Tall downtown because I needed new clothes for a new job. None of the shirts bought there have shrunk yet.

Great staff but the clothing line quality is suffering.

As my grandmother used to say, a man starts with 90 kg and in this wonderful store just for real men there are clothes of all sizes from cowards to hats, from suits to socks, from laces to ties. In general, everything is there and the main price and discounts Thank you guys! Big Russian bald John

Hands down the best place to shop for big and tall clothing. Large selection and very helpful staff.
