I lived here for 20 months up to May 2020. The building is a little bit older but it is very liveable. The building has good bus routes to UBC and elsewhere. I lived on the 4th floor and found it very convenient, especially so during Covid times, being a low rise building it is easy to avoid people by walking up the stairs. The building is older but it is clean and safe. There were no noisy neighbours in the time I lived there. Bruce and Cyrena, the apartment managers, seem very fair and attentive. I had zero problems while living there, or on moving out. If I come back to Vancouver again I would most certainly rent there again.

Just moved out of this place yesterday. First off, they shut off the heat for 4 months, for 'maintanace'. It was in the summer, but outside temps at night go down below 15c. I felt sorry for the seniors in the building. I had to plug in a heater several times at night.
Upon move out. There cleaning standards are impossibly high, we spent 2 days cleaning, the place was pretty much immaculate. They took a lot off our deposit, including scratches in the hall that we did not do. We'd only been there 15 months and were good tenants. After reluctantly agreeing to the deductions this happened.
They text me and want to add a $200 charge for a small crack in the bedroom window. I said we did not do that! He disagreed. Luckily we know the previous tenant who said Bruce also wanted to charged him for the same cracked widow. This previous tenant happen to have taken photos of the suite when he moved out. The crack in the window is clearly visible in one of the photos. Luckily Bruce caught his mistake and apologized. But I still cannot recommend this building.

I've been renting the one bedroom apartment, 605, for more than a year. The building is well maintained and the new manager, Cyrena, is very helpful and accommodating. Had to move because was looking for a two bedroom apartment which unfortunately they do not posses. Other than that it was a lovely, cozy apartment. Very bright which I love. Also the pool was fun to have during summer. Quiet neighbours, mostly seniors and few professionals. Fantastic location!

This is a great apartment to live in. The neighborhood is perfect for a night stroll or a busy bite and is at reasonable proximity to downtown. The apartment, even though a tag old, is fairly well maintained. The property manager was helpful during the move out process and gave us ample giudance on the procedure.
