Stay away, They replaced my ECU saying that it is water damaged, paid 2000$,
The very first rain of the season and it is damaged again, car stalled in middle of road.
I asked them if the new ECU is now protected properly from water, they said "O ya, no worries, we rapped pretty good", and this was a lie, they didn't even screwed it properly, it is just sitting in hood without fastening.
Very poor workmanship, if you have option please stay away.

I had serious service done here at German auto. What a service I received. Fixed issue with my and somehow my car got some damage on the vehicle. German auto owner said “ not sure how it happened however her will get it fix” and he did. I will back to him again and have told all my friends and family. Thank you for your outstanding service

I came from Chilliwack to get a regular maintence on my BMW 328D.

I was amazed with German Auto Sports service. These guys were quick and fairly reasonable with their price. They actually had oil that is to be used specifically for BMW deisel cars.knowledgeable guys!

I've went to shops before who have just put regular oil in this vehicle, which is a big no no!

I will be bringing back my Desiel BMW for regular service!

I always take my BMW 328i E92 to the guys at German Auto Sports and the team always works hard to get my car serviced correctly. I bring my own synthetic oil, they change the oil in a timely and professional manner. I had a radiator replaced by them and it was an easy and stress free process. I’m recommending my friends and taking my car here for regular servicing. Big thanks to Gagan and his team for taking care of my BMW coupe!

From making the appointment to driving the car off the lot, it was a top notch experience with German auto sports. They communicated with us and even offered a ride! This was our first visit, but it won’t be our last - thank you for the personal and professional service! I would really thankful to Dave, Gagan and lucky for such a great service.

Honest review, good bunch of guys working but gotta keep tabs if you want the job done to high standards. I asked for the bolts to be covered with tape to prevent scratches, but they did manage to scratch one wheel, but it was small, so I didn’t really say anything (everyone makes mistakes). Major flaw would be, they didn’t torque down the wheel to spec which was 127 pounds, as I went home and torqued to spec myself. Good shop and good prices, would recommend.

Had our own shop back in calgary and moved to bc 8 months ago, was looking for a good honest mechanic that knew his stuff, after 15 minutes speaking to Gagan I was very satisfied, price is very good and work is excellent, this is where all the work I cant do in my garage will be done now!

These guys are full of fraud. I took my BMW X4 to these guys and they kept it for 2 days. I am the one calling them again and again and they never called me about the issue. 3rd day they called me and gave me an estimate of $1000 for parts and 400 for diagnose and labour + tax. I picked the car on 4th day and next day my car got the same problem.
I've wasted my $1500 bucks for nothing. Other mechanic fixed it for just $474. BE AWARE!

If you care about your car and dislike dishonest mechanics, definitely avoid taking your car to German Auto Sports. They'll destroy the bolt head on your toe adjustment bolt and not own up to it or replace it for you. What kind of euro shop doesnt have a triple square socket?

I only found out about this bolt head 1 month later after having my car in another shop where they spotted this damage and showed me. Only a $20 bolt!

Not to mention a wheel alignment took 10 hours. For a euro specialist shop I expected better. It seems the management has changed in the past few years as well. When I dropped my car off in the moring, they had no record of my appointment even though I called earlier in the week and was scheduled in.

Worst place you can go to, i was scheduled for an appointment and when I arrived they rescheduled me and told me that they’ll charge me for lookup next time, even though I know what’s wrong with my car
Better to look around for more garage and you’ll find a decent place where they’ll charge you reasonably

RIP OFF! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Do not go here. Liars, they make up extra fake issues with vehicle to steal more money from customers, they don't give vehicle back in a timely manner. So disappointed. I really hope the owners/ workers who are involved in scamming customers get their karma.

They are also posting fake high rating reviews for themselves on here. Nice try! New owners have taken over and they are very dishonest.

Drove here from the west end of Vancouver for an oil change because of all the positive reviews and I was new in the area. Was staying in Vancouver after road tripping from Toronto. Somehow even though it was just a routine oil change I was left disappointed.
They might know their way around brand new bimmers but they lacked in knowledge regarding my '03 e46.
I use 5w-40 and have been for a while and its working great for my older car. They didn't give me a choice in the matter and told me based on the spec use 5w-30. I'm aware of the spec, thank you. This just showed your lack of experience and true knowledge about cars.
Not cheap either $174 (with tax).
I wouldn't recommend for an older bimmer.

I took my Audi there they told me I had to replace fuel pump. So I did. After I picked up car I broke down with same problem. Towed it back to them (I had to pay for tow). They then said it is because I didn’t do fuel filter. They could not get one tell after weekend. So I did. A week later same problem. Towed it to them again.after they charged me $900. They said need new battery. Well I had enough took it to another shop and they were able to figure out problem in 15 minutes. All it was was my keyless remote battery was dead so immobilizer would kick in. German Auto does not know what they are doing.

I got really great service from these guys. Harry, Lucky and Dev they all are fantastic. Had a transfer case in my BMW. They fixed it with genuine BMW parts and were honest about parts and price. Highly recommend this and you wont be disappointed.

I've been going to German Auto Sports since 2008 before the current owners bought the shop. It was good then but it's even better now! These are a great group of honest guys who get the job done on time and budget, never try to overpressure the customer. I have complete confidence when they work on my 535xi M-Sport, highly recommend them.

I had my Lamborghini huracan serviced at German auto sports. Not very many mechanics in town are knowledgeable for these sports cars. German auto sports are euro specialists.

They give out their best. Once I was in emergency and it was hard to find someone to fix out my car. So I was in rush suddenly I saw them near my location and they guys helped me out and I was really happy as Dev and lucky were friendly and sought out my problem in few seconds. I appriciate their work and would recommend people to go check out them once before going to someone else️.

I am usually pretty hesitant to switch mechanics. After my experience here I honestly have no hesitation taking the car back here for future service work.
Towed my BMW 330ci in for some service work. They found a key failure point in my cooling system. I had lost the rad fan (burst into pieces) water pump, pulleys, and belt. They called to inform me of a couple small parts needed that were not on the original quote. The difference was very small in my opinion and didn’t warrant a phone call, but they wanted me to be in the loop on what was going on.
Great job guys! I’ll be back.

As a woman, sometimes confidence in mechanics is difficult to come by. Dave & German Auto Sports came highly recommended from friends. Their opinion was born out by the excellent service and clear explanation of the required services. I feel at ease calling for appointments, and have recommended them to others because of my positive experiences. If you are new to the area and looking for a good, reliable auto shop for German cars don't hesitate to use German Auto sports, You won't be disappointed.

My BMW's door was stuck, so I took my my BMW to these guys for that, these guys said they will do it, they did not give me any estimate, They call me in the evening saying that it is gonna take atleast $1000 to fix it, I said no to them, they charged me $300 labor for for just 30 mins worth of work and they even broke a extra part in my car, which I found out later when I took my car to another mechanic, The another mechanic did every thing just for $400. These guys are just a bunch of lier's who just wanna take your money.

The most nicest and kindest people you’ll ever meet. I just picked up my Mercedes from their shop today and the whole process has been just a dream. I highly recommend them. Keep up the great work and thanks again for everything. Will definitely be returning.

The workers were all very welcoming and straightforward with information. I did not feel like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of despite my lacking car knowledge. They didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need or want. I will definitely go back here.

These guys are the best, and if you own a any German car I'd say they are essential.and they will be as honest and thorough as possible while trying to save you as much trouble as possible. I've never known mechanics to be so thorough and knowledgeable while still keeping costs to a relative minimum. That's a good combo. I've had them work on my cars for over 2 years, and they've taken great care about both you and your BMW

I bought BMW 2007 and car had an engine problem. I took my car to to German Auto. My car was fixed before they promised. Lucky and Dave, both really take care of their customers. Getting to know that I am first time BMW user, Dave briefed me in detail how to take care of this car. Today, I had a minor issue related to tire, Dave fixed it without charging anything.

Can’t say enough about this garage! I wasn’t sure as you aren’t normally going to a new place but I needed to find a place to bring my X1 closer to home and Harry team came through. Thanks guys! See you again in 6 mths
