Overall good experience with the order for my tote bags and they were accommodating with my some last minute changes.

We needed help fast when another printing company in Vancouver (Coastal Reign) dropped the ball on our project and wasted our time. Andrew helped us with a great design and layout within a few hours. This is by far the most extensive tshirt printing company available in the lower mainland and definitely North Vancouver. Their staff members are pleasant to deal with, competent and readily available. Their willingness to provide me with swift image file modifications, suggestions, and concise estimates without any hesitance made the tshirt printing company process easy and less of a headache I expected. Their website is well optimized, with extensive content that thoroughly lists their products available, and gives you options to customize and generate your own estimates which I found very convenient. I appreciate all the work they've done and give them a bonus star for getting my project done a week ahead of schedule. In terms of quality these guys deliver.

GetBold did a really fabulous job AND they were quick and affordable. They were able to turn around a batch of shirts in less than three days. There was a slight error on the first batch of shirts we printed with them (no fault of theirs), but they handled the concern with professionalism and expedition. Is there a 6 star option? Because these guys are 120%! I met up with Rob and he was patient and gave me tons of info and Andrew set the art work to print my hoodies. Excellent quality, amazing service. I've used Get Bold several times over the last few years for clients, but this was the first time I've used them for my own business. The run was their minimum (15 pieces) and I had a tight deadline. Their online customer service was great, and their phone service was great. They printed and shipped to me well within my deadline, and the print quality is the best I've seen. My only slight disappointment was that I feel the shirts fit a little smaller than the sizing guide. Next order I will probably choose the next size up for a lot of my selection. Other than that, I couldn't recommend enough and I will most definitely be using again. Thank you!

The staff at Get Bold were amazing for many reasons. I had breast cancer t-shirts and movember t-shirts made for my fire department. The price point was great and the quality of t-shirt was American apparel and fit great. In the end we were able to get a quality shirt for a great price so that we could donate as much as we could to both charities.
