Wow! What a nice experience taking my old boy to this pet hospital, the staff was so kind walking in and the Dr was amazing, he was gentle and sweet! The prices were great!

Tom Harris took weeks to relpy with possible cancer results on my dog.gave me some lame response but I already took my dog to vancouver and was referred to the professionals at westcoast. For his debut on the coast I would highly recommend you use one of the other vets! Waste of time and money

Came in today to get both my pets up to date on their vaccines etc. Vet wasn't super personable, never looked at me, left the door open to get something so my cat very easily could have taken off- all of which I wasn't impressed by but also not a big deal. However after he gave my dog his vaccines he was telling me about an oral medicine for me to give to my dog that was on the table. I asked if I could remove my dogs muzzle in order to give him the medication. The vet then said yes, that he was leaving the room anyways in an angry tone and then slammed the door as hard as he could. I could not get out of there fast enough. Will never be back again.

All the vets techs and front desk staff are great here and they always go above and beyond to treat your animals with tenderness and respect. Saved my dog's life after a cougar attack (hours of unplanned emergency surgery on a day with many other emergencies and months of follow up treatments). Also charges are quite reasonable and very respectful of limited income and providing choices.

Very happy with the quality of service and compassion they had for our dog when we had to put him down. Highly recommend!

Took this little girl in twice in the past two weeks for shots, plus the neighbors dog.
Although the office and phones seem crazy busy, the staff are a comforting blend of efficiency and compassion.

We had a disappointing experience here. There was a semi urgent situation with my pup and he needed to be checked out that day. I called Gibsons Veterinary Clinic and they said they would be able to take us if we could get there quickly. We rushed over there only to be told that there would be a $125 fee in addition to any regular fees for same day appointments. I had spoken to them on the phone 3 times prior to our arrival and not once did they mention this fee. I could understand if the vet was needing to be called in after hours for an emergency but the appointment was during office hours and the vet was already there. We left and went to a different vet’s office in Sechelt. The staff at the other vet was wonderful, and charged no extra fees. The entire visit there cost less than the additional fee Gibsons wanted to charge. I am sure the doctors at Gibsons are great, but I hope they will reconsider charging this predatory fee. It takes advantage of already stressed pet parents. I hate to post a negative review but hopefully it can save another pet parent the added stress and financial burden of unfair and unnecessary fees.

The staff at Gibsons veterinary hospital have always been very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Jesse goes above and beyond helping me over the years with all my pets. I can't recommend them enough.

Both veterinarians are good. They are great for regular care, problem animals, and surgery. I always feel confident about taking my dog here. Thanks to both!
