I was a Gillespie & Company LLP client for over 6 years dealing with multiple personal injury claims. I got to work with the firm partner Mr. Jeffrey A. Jakel.
Mr. Jeffrey A. Jakel and his team were easy to communicate with. Even though I lived in Abbotsford and the Gillespie & Company LLP office was in Kamloops, Mr. Jeffrey A. Jakel and his team went above and beyond in terms of being available and able to resolve questions.
Mr. Jeffrey A. Jakel provided good legal advice throughout a lengthy and complex process. As someone who struggles to get his point across, I was grateful that he took the time to hear me out which was very important.
On top of that, the office team at Gillespie & Company LLP was very responsive to all my queries. The firm has a very helpful team that helped resolve administrative concerns throughout my case.
Mr. Jeffrey A. Jakel has a great network of medical professionals, specialists, and therapists that contributed expert testimony for my case that proved to be very valuable.
Mr. Jeffrey A. Jakel did a great job following up on my requests for reimbursements regarding medical procedures and expenses when they were most needed. The firm also helped arrange transportation to and from medical appointments. This was very helpful and much appreciated, especially when I wasn't working and struggling to cover these costs.

We had Stephen Bosdet from this firm do our wills this year. He was not the typical lawyer we have dealt with in the past.
He was calm, spoke clearly and concisely so he was easy to follow and understand. He broke things down so we understood our options and made sure we were happy every step of the way. It felt like we were talking to a friend, not a lawyer.
We know that we will use Stephen again in the future anytime we require a lawyer. Great job and highly recommended.
