Ginza Sushi

Ginza sushi is a great little sushi restaurant in West Kelowna. Their sushi is fresh and they have lots of variety. We like picking it up to go and eating at a nearby lake or somewhere off the highway if driving to Vancouver. Food is always tasty and well presented

Talk about disappointment! Being coming to Ginza for the last 10 years. We only ever get sushi from here and tonight was just awful. None of the rolls held up whatsoever. It just created a piled mess. Was very disappointed with the response I received as well and wouldn't compensate us in anyway as we had already brought it home and waited 30 mins to eat it. What a waste of $75. Maybe it's time to try a new sushi place.

My favorite place in Westbank! Love their veggie tempura & miso soup. Rolls are good. Chicken teriyaki hot plate is good too. Friendly staff. Clean space.

The absolute best food I have tried thus far. The Ika karage is so tender and so flavourful. The poke bowl is my favorite dish. I am always able to taste the care put into each dish they make.

Love this place! I am totally addicted to sushi now. They have some very different, combinations as well. Definitely recommend

I have been coming here for years.however after my experience this evening will not be returning. My food was soggy & inedible, we felt like an inconvenience to the servers and when I explained I could not eat the food I was ignored & was still charged for it even though there had obviously been one bite out of it. This place used to be one of the best around, sadly no longer.

It’s okay. Not something to get hype about. Menu says you can substitute items, etc but it will cost $$. Upon asking, waitress tells us the server will help us with this question. She tells us they can’t substitute anything. Why even have that written on ur menu if that’s not an option. We waited over 40+ mins for our mediocre food, that later upset our stomachs. If you’re gonna order here, order online or through skip the dishes or whatever 3rd party app. Those customers seem to get served before dine ins.

Always amazing to have dinner here. Celina and Mako are the best. Delicious and creative sushi with the best service ever!
