Needed to replace my battery on my 2017HRV. They fit me in same day and drove me home and picked me up when it was done. Fantastic service from everyone

This was a major service on my 10 year old Honda Accord.
The bill turned out to be somewhat higher than I anticipated but their report was very detailed and easy to understand.
I was clear in the direction I gave them and they did exactly what I asked, no more or less.
Going to a dealer is always more expensive than jobbers, but I have peace of mind knowing OEM parts were used and the work is done by mechanics familiar with the car.

Great service Tracy and her team have always fixed my problems the first time.parts department has been very accommodating with options for more affordable options they all aim to please.

Will not uphold their sales agreements! They lost the winter rims and tires for a used 2019 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid I bought this summer. No apology and no communication after over a week. Had to call today to follow up and they had the audacity to say they aren't sure what they can do as it is not a Honda. They were happy to take over $45000 and offer extended care when I purchased the vehicle! No end to the excuses "we don't normally store tires", the "Sales rep doesn't work here anymore", the guy that booked your appointment "is new". I had 3 Hondas before this purchase (Civic, CRV, Ridgeline) and went to Honda from loyalty but I have lost all trust now! Horrified that they have lost my winter rims and tires and they aren't even attempting to correct this. Tried to charge me for an oil change the day they couldnt find my tires that I had driven 2 hours for (also waited a month to get in). They were told I need the vehicle this week to pick up my sister from Manitoba and now she will have to cancel a trip she planned over a year ago as I don't have snow tires on to drive and get her. Not one effort to contact me in over a week or make up for this serious issue. I would not trust them with the safety of my loved ones.

I bought a used CRV at this dealership and it was a great vehicle but service was terrible. A code came up a few months after buying so I searched it up and it was an injector malfunction. I called glacier honda and told them that this should be covered under warranty but they said no. I called honda canada and they said yes absolutely it is under warranty! After a week of back and forth they finally fixed it under warranty. That was the first strike. Second strike was when we when for services we would tell them ahead we need a courtesy car because we live out of town and have 3 children. They would either not have a car for us or try to give us a tiny car for our family. 3rd strike was when we traded for a minivan. It wasn't ready yet when we arrived the day to pick it up so they sent us back home during a snowstorm in a loaner van. It was so slippery over the mountain pass that I feared for my life. I got home and when I looked at the tires they were bald! We gave them one more chance with a service but they did not check or fix 3 out of the 4 concerns I had for the vehicle. Sorry guys, never coming back and will not give good reviews to anyone.

I just purchased a 2024 HRV from Glacier Honda and was very happy with the service I received from Alex, Elias and Mike, they were attentive and followed up in a timely matter.
And when I made a last minute change, they along with the service department accommodated my request immediately.

Great customer service, would highly recommend for anyone needing work done on their vehicle or looking to purchase a vehicle.

Tracey who is the Service Manager at Glacier Honda in Castlegar was kind enough to squeeze our car in for a major repair prior to going on a road trip. It appeared that she was pretty much holding up the service department - answering phones - dealing face to face with clients - giving out quotes. We’ll done and thanks Tracey. Honda Castlegar -hire more staff.

Customer service was very helpful, they did not resolve the issue with the truck completely. Had to make another appointment. Otherwise satisfied.

I recently purchased a 2023 Honda CRV at Glacier Honda. I had a great experience with this dealership. I dealt with Brian Hawkins for the sale. He was attentive and not too pushy, which I found to be a huge relief. I appreciated his attitude and overall approach to the process. When I had questions or had to reschedule the appointment to pick up the vehicle, he was quick to respond. I have to mention the finance guy, Elias as well. Even though he's the guy who makes you sign away your finances on the dotted line, I found him to be easy going, clear and concise. While of course they want you to buy the upgrades, additional warranties, etc, he respected when I said no to certain additions and moved ahead with the process. Mike was also easy to deal with, even though we haggled on the value of the trade in, he was willing to negotiate and provided some additional documentation and numbers to support his opinion on the value. In the end we came to an agreeable compromise. I feel confident leaving a positive review for this dealership. At the moment I am more than happy with my new purchase and hope that it continues to provide me many years of fun, safe and reliable driving experience.

They went above and beyond for me. We had a scheduling miss communication, but instead of having me return 1.5 hours home then back at a different time they got my car in the shop so the trip wasn't a complete waste. Super friendly customer service. Will definitely be back!
