Always a great experience at this vet. It is clear the doctors and staff deeply care for our two cats everytime we take them in.

Dr. Edwin and the staff at this clinic have supported our family and our beloved cats for many years. The routine care we receive has always been top-notch and Edwin has performed some very challenging surgery on our pets and saved their lives on more than one occasion. The staff are compassionate, kind, caring, and professional and most importantly, our cats are always calm and unafraid when they see Dr. Edwin, which says a lot.

Gentle with my ultra scared dog! Vet followed up when blood work results came back, gave good suggestions on how to improve her overall health. I'll definitely take my pack there!

Edwin is a very kind and compassionate vet. He saved my ferret when she had an allergic reaction to the ferret vaccine. I brought one of my ferrets in from Burnaby in an emergency. By the time I had gotten there, he had said she had passed already. He showed such compassion. He is a great vet and has so much love for all the animals in his care. He will do everything in his power to give your pet the best care. I don’t have pets at the moment, but when I get more ferrets I want to see Edwin again. He is very knowledgeable. I know they will be in good hands. Edwin I saw you when you first started practicing in Abbotsford. I never forgot the kindness and care you gave my pets.

My dog Stuart has been a client of yours for years. I recently moved to Mexico with Stuart and shortly after getting there had a house fire. Luckily Stuart survived but his Nexguard did not. My son is coming to Mexico to join us for Christmas so I asked him to pick up Nexguard for Stu from you, his vet. He did. Sadly Stuart’s liver and kidneys failed in the past 2 weeks and I had to let him go. I told my son to return the Nexguard. You gave him a partial refund. You would not refund the dispensing fee, 20.00. It’s not the 20.00, the dispensing fee is them taking it off the shelf! My dog of 14 years has passed and you cannot give me a full refund. I feel sorry for you because you have forgotten why you became a vet, I thought it was for the love of the animals and the people that care for them. I used to recommend you, if anyone asks I will be sure to tell them how you CARE!
