Little over priced was charged $25 for a disposable vape when everywhere else is only $15 or $18.

The stuff is pretty expensive. VERY cheap quality. A part of the water bong I got broke, walking on 5 minutes away. The Grinder already busted yesterday and its only been a few weeks. The teeth broke off in the grinder. I asked for a certain pipe she gave me the wrong one. Over almost 200 purchase was a wasted one.

Also they don't know anything about the products. They just sell them so I'm assuming they just pick stuff up at a super cheap price and then sell at a premium but they don't actually know what anything does or how it works.

Quick and friendly service. Was willing to help me browse and find what I wanted. As always. I ended up with the first one that called to me haha! Also got a cute little grinder. Wasn't looking for any brands, just necessities and they hit the mark! I'll be back for any odds and ends I need.

Very poor setup inside. And lousy customer service. They let cars park on half of the wheelchair ramp and you can't move in a wheelchair in there without knocking stuff down. And then they say "oh well" when you complain about the car parked illegally on the ramp. And ridiculously expensive there too.

The staff is generally not very friendly and overcharge for items if you are unfamiliar with them. Store is cluttered as well.

Went to 3 other stores and found the bong I wanted here and very good glass quality and great customer service, very helpful.

I have known everyone at gladys smoke shop for over a year now, 100 percent class and knowledgable friendly staff, always a pleasure to see sunny, if you need anything from bong cleaner to rolling papers they always have the best price and they always greet you with a smile.

I took a relx home and I didn’t even get the right pods they gave me pro pods for a regular relx

I was looking for a durable pipe and they sold me on a "titanium" one made of metal. When I opened it up, behind the product, the packaging says glass pipe. I took it back and told them that this is a glass pipe (exactly what I didn't want). They said that "glass pipe" is the name of the company. Took it back home, dropped it the other day and it shattered.

Large selection of items, mostly bongs and pipes. But way, way overpriced. Drive 10 more min.to factory tools.cheaper. 42$ for a rolling tray? Found one next day for 18.plus bus fare and lunch, still cheaper. Also, barely any grocery items now, basically just a smoke/pipe shop.

Loved the lady who worked here today was extremly friendly and sweet and knowledgable about the specific weedvape pen and ended up walking out with it. I would definetly go back there again:)

Best smoke shop in town, never had any problems very polite staff. Prices are good and affordable and they always have deals on which is fabulous! Best selection of bongs vapes and more.
