They got me in for eyebrows as my usual place wasn't available last minute, so great. When I arrived, one of their staff went in the door right in front of me and didn't acknowledge me or hold the door. It took a while for anyone to greet me. While getting my eyebrows done, the staff seemed to be gossiping right beside me. It just wasn't a very welcoming environment.

I get my haircut, nails and eyebrows done here. From fillers to a massage you can have it all here! For best eyebrow threading go to Randa! She is also great with manicure and pedicure. She is the best in town. Everyone here is so nice and you can get everything done in one spot.

I just got my eyelash extension done by Randa and I told her I want a natural look and she nailed it! It’s so pretty. I never had this good service before with other place. I will surely comeback and try other services. She’s so professional and will ask you what you want and she will do the exact thing! 10/10

I did 6 Micro needling sessions at Glamour Secrets, after which I did an Online skin analysis and you can see the results below… It rated my skin is 36 and I can honestly say I have not been 36 in over a decade!

The micro needling takes more time and investment than IPL’s [a type of Lazer], but having done both I can say the micro needling works better for me. It’s also more cost effective. The only drawback is that it is not advised that wear make up or creams, or go in the sun, for several days after each treatment. And approximately six treatments are need, with 4 to 6 weeks in between each treatment.

I got my threading done by Rhonda. I’ve been going to her for many years now. She never disappoints! Always does an amazing job.

Had miconeedling, facial and a pedicure all were really good. I've only had one miconeedling treatmeant and can already see an improvement in the texture of my skin going to get another one this week, can't wait to see the results

Pure CONFIDENCE and u will feel extreme confidence in her the moment she starts talking. She goes over and above expectations in making sure everything is done PERFECTLY!

I've gone here for nails and hair. My hair the girl missed a spot. My nails she rushed them and made them look super thick unnatural and lumpy. I wont be going back.

I love this place! I have gotten many services here from my toes to my hair. I have never had anything but a professional, friendly and lovely experience. I am greeted with a friendly smile and proceeded to be taken care of promptly. They listen to what I ask for and continue to keep checking on on me during my services and make sure it’s what I am expecting or envision. When my hair wouldn’t sit the way I wanted, I went back in and they fixed it without hesitation a few days later after my first wash. I highly recommend this amazing business and ladies in there to all my friends men and women.

Just had my hair coloured and cut by Shirley and then my nails done by Randa yesterday evening. It was my first time there. They both did an amazing job. They were very energetic and fun to be around. Both of them were very knowledgable in their respective fields. I would not hesitate to recommend these two wonderful ladies to anyone. Thank you Chantelle for setting me up with these two. Best Salon experience I have had in a long time.

Love getting my eyebrows done here. I just got them threaded today and she did a fantastic job! She was very attentive and carefully shaped my brows to fit my face. I would definitely recommend.

Had the best spa day with two of my girlfriends. The salon was bright clean and modern. Alll the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We had a massage and two mani pedicures. So happy with everything. The best way to spend a girls day. Highly recommend this spa.

Had a manicure and pedicure! The girls were very nice and helpful! Was given tea and chocolate as well! I loved the paraffin wax on my feet in this very cold weather! Was a great great treat will be back. I plan to try out some of the other services they offer very soon

Had an amazing night getting pampered. The staff at Glamour Secrets were good with my 4 year old during an event they held.

Chunks of short hair all over from incorrect method of thinning. No one has ever thinned my hair this close to the scalp, she also managed to cut my sideburns short. Super unimpressed I get comments on the chunks so much so that I figured it worth the review. Hard to trust a salon after your hairs been chopped up

Glamour Secrets owner and staff are second to none. Every time I have been in the salon I am treated like Gold. I am especially thankful to the manager Chantelle for helping the process of transforming my skin with microneedling for old cystic acne scars. I have had it done other places and Glamour Secrets is by far the absolute best! I am so thankful.

Had my eyebrows threaded by Bandy. She was great and efficient! Looking forward to microblading!

Edit: Owner contacted me this morning by phone and explained the circumstances. A "redo" appointment was made for this week. Appreciate the level of concern taken in this instance, I can't say that's common for stores to do.

Waited for 20 mins because a staff family member was getting her nails done during my appointment time. Whole thing felt rushed, like she really didn't want me there. Nails are unevenly filed, polish was old and lumpy and the decals started coming off the next day. I should have left when she told the other girl said it would be done in less than 45 mins. The outgrowth 4 days later is insane. Not going to be a return trip for me.

Just moved to Chilliwack from San Francisco and was looking for my new nail salon. I found Glamour secrets on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I had an appointment with Sarah and I LOVED her! She did a wonderful job with both my manicure and pedicure, which I am generally SUPER picky about. Her work was not only great, but she is the sweetest. In addition to the nail service, Becca served me tea and was super personable as well. Both really made the experience awesome. Based on my first experience, Glamour Secrets will be my new place:)
