Glance Capital

Glance capital use to be good you would call, and someone would pick up and you would email and they would email you back i can't log in to my account or even get someone to help me.but you want me to pay my bill. I was told I would be taken care of after the updating for being a good customer but I can't get anyone to help me or answer the phone have left message after message.

Haven't been long since signing up, but the experience thus far has been one to model all others on. Quick and knowledgeable assistance when needed, and perks you can hardly believe!

I recommend those looking for a second chance or try to establish a new relationship with a FI to try Glance Capital. I am a 1099 employee and get paid weekly. I was able to set up my direct deposit to Glance and receive a LOC that has definitely saved the day! Their website is straight forward and easy to use. I believe they do not have a mobile app yet but once they do banking with them will be even more seamless. This is a real review from a real person for those that may be skeptical.

I recommend glance capital to anyone in need of a credit line, checking account, and credit card! They are very responsive and professional! If you need emergency help know that glance is there by your side to assist! They have a simple and quick process for eligibility. So I decided to adjust my review, Glance Capital is not a scam just to put it out there, I got my line of credi, I am able to use it, but Glance definitely has to work on there communication skills with there customers, they are very hard to contact via email and phone. The website also needs some work.

Went through the entire application process only to find out the service isn't available in my state. Ugh. Another company that took my info for nothing.

Gave all my information/details just to be told I did not meet their "requirements. " Requirements are:

1. Valid ID - CHECK
2. Ability to connect to payroll provider - CHECK
3. Credit score above 540 - CHECK CHECK

Also, responding to my review in a condescending manner does not help your cause. Very unprofessional, seems I dodged a bullet with you all!

This is a horrible company to deal with.
I’ve had an active line of credit with them for 6 months. They are impossible to get ahold of, no one answers the phones.
I’ve been waiting over a week for a reply to my email.
Very unprofessional.
