My husband's car windshield crack instantaneously after a stone hit it on a highway. We have found this place on Google. The service was amazing. We were given a ride home and picked the fixed car back in about 3 hours, the same day. The personnel was extremely courteous, they have even sent the claim to another insurance company (on the top of ICBC) themselves.
Highly recommend the place, with high quality service and very pleasant human interaction!

Amazing customer service and integrity at Glassco, Surrey. My daughter who is 21 went to get her windshield replaced. I had called in advance to secure the best price in Vancouver on her windshield. Raven (manger) was great to deal with, no haggling and friendly interaction. We live in Alberta and not covered by ICBC so he gave us a superb deal! A refreshing experience in a cold corporate world of fixed pricing.

Good work but customer service might need a bit of attention. I had to call many time and check status of my backordered glass, would have been nice to get an idea of where everything is at. Otherwise good bunch of guys.

I’m very impressed with this Company. I had two small chips in my Windshield. Ravin A.answered my call and said to come on in. Less than an hour later my Windshield was repaired. They gave me a good price and were friendly and professional. I hope I won’t need their Services in the near future, but when I do, I will be back!

These guys handled my ICBC claim from start to finish. Had a few issues dealing with my claim adjuster but they handled all of that. Dropped off my vehicle and was ready in a few short hours. Definitely the shop you wanna use for all your glass needs!
