Excellent service at Glen Lake Automotive! I had been to three different windshield mechanics prior to visiting Glen Lake, and was told I’d likely need some significant mechanical work done to fix the wiper blade/motor. 5 mins at Glen Lake and they had it good as new! Could not be more pleased.

Has by far the most reasonable prices for work I could find. Had to cancel appointment but will be returning with any and all work I don't feel like doing myself.

This place is amazing! Larry and his team are the best! Such an honest and hardworking bunch! You guys have our business for life! Thank you again!

This place, in my opinion, is one of the VERY few shops left that are honest, and do great work! Super friendly, great staff, and great pricing all around. I found them through my sister, and I will never go anywhere else since I've had work done. There are too many places out there that will charge you an arm and a leg for doing practically nothing, this is NOT that kinda place! Give 'em a shot. I think you'll be very pleased

These guys are awesome. I have never felt like I'm getting ripped off or belittled. The prices are the best compared to any shop around and they are always super quick. I have had them do some big jobs and they have all been awesome. They are quite busy so I would definitely make an appointment

Couldn't be bothered to help as they were too busy. My window was stuck down. Van Isle window fixed it in an instant!

Great Service. I had an issue with the car and they offered me to bring the car without any appointment. They have verified the car and found the issue very fast and they advised the part to be replaced in case the same issue happens again and they didn't charge anything. I would highly recommend this place and I will inform my friends to use this for any car maintenance works.

Super friendly guys at this shop. Took my car in really last minuet twice and gave good advise on what the problem was and how to go about the situation.

I went in to get my car's routine check up before a road trip. They went over areas of wear on my car with me bringing my attention to future problematic areas and there wasn't any added pressure to purchase parts from them. A friendly and inviting atmosphere.

I bought a old car that was sitting for a few years and got kal tire to have a look at the brakes because they were grinding, they told me the car would need a complete brake job and quoted me $1250.00

I was suspicious so took my car to Larry and he inspected everything and said there was nothing wrong with the brakes and it was just rusty drums making the noise.if you want a honest shop that won't upsell or gouge you on work glen lake auto is the place to go!

Had them do my vehicle's oil change since I wanted to use my preferred oil and filter. I called to schedule my appointment, service was prompt. Overall it wasn't perfect for misc reasons, but happy for the great value and friendly crew. Definitely considering them for my future maintenance needs.

First time today taking my Rav 4 to Glen Lake Auto. Larry and his team were easy to deal with and quick to do the work at the time they scheduled me in.

This place is the best. I've always been worried going to diff mechanics being a woman but dayum this is the shop to go to! Not only did they fix and replace my wheel barring the same day! They even dropped me off and picked me up from the mall while I was waiting for my truck to be done. Costumer service is a 10/10 and the mechanics know exactly what they're doing. From prices to customer satisfaction they are simply the best of the best.

Will deff going back here for any future maintenance or repairs.

Larry and Andy will if reasonable do what you want them to. I have an outer tie rod end that's shot so they''re fine do it and not the other - won't name shops but the rest it's 'oh it's done in pairs, not just one' (up goes your bill, and they're happier, but not smart enough to know you won't be back to them, but instead you'll be loyal to Glen Lake Auto!

This auto shop is the best in langford in my opinion. They aren't greasy like some shops and will only do the work that you tell them to do and for the right price too! Highly recommend this place next time your car needs servicing!

Larry and the guys were so awesome! I was new to the Island and looking for a new car so I needed some pre purchase inspections done. They were so much cheaper than places like BCAA and Canadian Tire, and they did a thorough job - saving me from buying a car that needed too much work, and great advice recommending another one that I took in. They were super friendly and even as a new customer I could see how genuine and knowledgeable they were and it made me feel safe knowing I was not getting scammed - from a mechanic or the car owners! Would 100% recommend.

The check engine light came on in my old truck so I called to get an appointment. The guy who answered was very friendly and got us in immediately to run a diagnostic to see what we needed. Turned out to be a minor fix which he did on the spot. I don't remember the last time we got such quick and friendly service. Fantastic.

They did some work on my girlfriend's car. It was quick, wasn't charged an arm or a leg, and chatted with the owner who is a very nice guy. I'll definitely go back there from now on.

First experience was a positive one. They didn't find the cause for my reason in coming in but, Larry didn't charge me and both he and the mechanic on duty talked to me about what it wasn't.which was good news. Easy to deal with and talk to guys. Will return for sure.

I had to book an emergency appointment and they got me in asap (3pm) and had my car fixed the next day! Friendly service and fair prices.

Friendly, fast - know their stuff. Was in and out in half an hour - oil change, brakes inspected.

Car wouldn't start. Called BCAA who came out and advised that I needed a new battery. Took it to Glen Lake Automotive and asked that they could replace the battery same day as I needed my car for work. They took a quick look, told me that I had been wrongly advised and that I simply needed the connection tightened. Resolved the issue in 30 seconds and didn't charge me a cent.

Larry and the two mechanics, Andy and Isaac are all top notch people. Realiable, trustworthy, explain in simple language what is required to be done and what you need to check for next visit. We don't go anywhere else and have not for over 20 years. If you want great service we highly recommend.

Larry and the crew are great. Honest, knowledgeable, and quick. Stop in, have a chat, and get your vehicle cared for by the best guys in the business. My friends, my family and myself all come here and I have no intention of going anywhere else.

Great little shop with good workers and good, honest prices. Fix up any vehicle I take to them as long as they feel comfortable doing so and treat me right every time. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic!

I am coming in on Monday and hope you can change my faith in rhe mechanic world in rhe westshore area. Tried 8 different ones and am trying you out. Too many times I have gone to mechanics and only had something else damaged or have had to go back multiple times to fix what they SHOULD have fixed the first time.

Never have I been more impressed by a first experience at a mechanic's shop. It started well with the phone call. He was super nice, funny, and was able to get me in right away.
Then he drove me to work, worked on my car, and picked me up after work.
They fixed all the squeaking and squealing and didn't charge me a dime! Wow!
