Glenmore Windows and Doors

I do not recommend doing any business with this company.
At first I just thought they were short staffed, but it turns out they are just completely inept and run a very poor business.
They verified all window measurements, they wouldn't send someone out to measure, I had to do myself before they would quote. Even with their verification, they still ordered a window that was the wrong size, and replacement would take months. Setting the appointment was grueling. Dates being pushed back, very poor communication, I was constantly following up and waiting days for a reply. They hired a third party contractor to do the install, who basically did the minimums to get the job done. Left the area around each window a complete mess with dust and debris. They would be cutting stucco at one window while the one beside is removed, so dust is getting inside the home and all over furniture, bedding, etc. Multiple windows had cracks or chips and were identified right away. Months went by without contact, and when we finally followed up ourselves, they hadn't yet even ordered the glass, just complete incompetence. Finally 8 months later, a date was set to do the widow replacements. Even though I re-confirmed the date and time of the install, they were a no show. We've paid over $20,000 and that is all that seems to matter to this company. Get paid, disregard any customer service. For context, this is the first time in my life I have left a poor review of a company. I understand businesses face challenges. This company is just completely inept and poorly run.

He provided a quote - I asked a question on the colour of vinyl - he never got back to me.

The Masonite door glass insert has shifted which exposes raw unstained fibreglass. Glenmore Millwork had the doors stained at Westside Refinishing and installed the double entrance doors in June of 2017. We brought the problem to Glenmore Millwork's attention in April 2018 and they have done nothing to help us with this problem. We have contacted them many times and they keep putting us off. Do not buy doors from this company! They sold us a defective product that they do not stand behind. Shame on them.

These guys have been a pleasure to do business with. Where other companies that really weren't interested in dealing with smaller jobs and made no bones about it. Actually rude in some cases, they were able to accommodate me with exactly what I needed I wanted to add onto my review after having the windows installed. They did a marvelous job, I could not be more pleased. All the way around great people

We ordered a door and was told it would be 5 weeks, my husband has been waiting to finish the outside of our house and it has now been 3 months. If we would have known it would take so long we would have ordered a door through a different company.
