Buyer beware, if you are from the lower mainland stay away. Was in the process of purchasing, had deposit placed and final numbers agreed upon, then after making travel arrangements were told needed more or else they would cancel the deal. Sales manager blamed it on the owner and said deposit given to them was too small but was told by the sales person the exact amount. Very unpleasant experience, they were also charging us over list price for the vehicle telling us if we didn't pay it they'd sell to someone else

The employees of this location are doing the best they can. Ford the corporation and they automated scheduling system wasted my Saturday.

I would avoid corporate dealerships for service at all costs. For me this was a recall so I was forced to waste 8 hours of my Saturday for a 1 hour job to be completed.

My elderly parents took their car in to have the Coolant Water Outlet replaced after I determined what the problem was. While
they were replacing it, the Radiator Reservoir Hose broke. A common problem that happens when removing it if one is not careful. The hose was not broken when the car went in and Ford informed my parents that they broke something and had to wait for the part. They charged for the part that they broke and the labour to fix it, almost 400 dollars. They disputed the charge and all that Ford would offer was 2 free oil changes. That is a pretty clear case of fraud where a business charges for an error on their part. One would think they would do the right thing here, so will see what Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau have to say about it.

Chris was great to deal with absolutely no pressure, good communicator and also would appreciate the most of straight shooter. I recommend Chris to the highest level.

Pre ordered a Ford Maverick hybrid with Ben Hillier which I just picked up last month. He was fantastic - knowledgeable and trustworthy and made me feel very comfortable making my first preorder for a new vehicle. He walked me through all the options, kept me updated throughout, and came through with every detail as promised (and in some cases even exceeded). I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Ford and will be calling him for future purchases (plug-in Ranger next?). Thanks Ben!

Big shout out to Chris Brookes and the Glen Oak crew for the great experience purchasing our new Edge ST. After a couple of emails of what we were on the hunt for. Chris chased down a vehicle that checked all the boxes for us. The rest of the team pulled together and had us heading home in our new ride in no time flat. Thanx again.

NO COURTESY CAR. Only offering 15$ taxi voucher. This is RECALL work they are doing! They have moved way out now and it's too far to ride my bike.
I like their service department but it's useless to me now.
I have been in many times for recalls on my 60 thousand dollar truck and nearly every time they keep it overnight.

Johnathan White was my sales rep and he could not have been more open and professional.he was detailed in explaining vehicle, cost and options. He went above and beyond for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted and at a great price.went to the other places.this was the best experience for my wife and i.

This was a 5 star post for sale, unfortunately I had to deal with the interm service manager "Jack" whom thinks it's totally normal for a 2017 Ford f150 5 liter to use 2 liters of oil in between 6000km oil changes? Think about this when you ask is everything good with this used vehicle I am buying here. And they say yes. And there is a TSB for 2018-19 model vehicle but Jack just choose to do nothing for me except offer a 3700 dollar inspection. Sales was great and dealing with the normal service manager Paul has been good, but if you want someone to speak loudly over you to state ' I Am not arguing with you, this is the way it is" and do nothing constructive. Speak to Jack.

Great service, I was trapped and stranded with my car and some issues but Brian and Ian really helped me out!

Absolutely great service and couldn’t be happier and more thankful, the whole team were so friendly with one of the managers even cleaning my car by hand before I left!

Month wait to get a service done and some odd sounds checked out. Appointment was for 7am, they didn’t call us until 3pm. Awful service and awful management. Also if you’re a woman, think twice about coming here as they’ll treat you like garbage.

I had to wait over 3 weeks for an annual service. I asked for three additional things to be done to my car. One service was completed (adjust the lane recognition feature when in cruise control). The second service, adjust the washer fluid spray so that it hits the windshield, was not adjusted, they told me it was working fine with only 30% of the fluid hitting the windshield and the balance shooting over the top of the car. The third service, replace the PHEV battery cover which was torn was not completed, I was told one had to be ordered, duh, and I had to make another appointment to do this and they were booking appointments another 3 weeks form now.
I was driving to Lethbridge that week so I called the Lethbridge For dealership and booked an appointment for the next day and the cover was installed a day later.

I was very pleased with GlenOak Ford. John Grieve was exceptionally helpful and assisted me at every stage from my initial enquiry to ultimately buying a vehicle. However, I must say that All staff were very helpful, pleasant & courteous.

I would thoroughly recommend GlenOak for their excellent customer service.

Avoid this place if you value competence and professional standards.

I put a deposit on a 2023 Explorer a month in advance with plans to collect the new SUV after moving to Canada. I communicated my collection date and arrived ready to drive away in my new vehicle.

The vehicle was dirty inside and out, the outside hastily rinsed in anticipation of my arrival, white glue was smeared on the inside sun roof and the fuel tank was near empty. Completing this first impression was an obvious door misalignment, so much so that it had damaged the paint in 2 places of the vehicle. I was reassured that Ford regularly misaligns doors and parts due to the speed in which they turn these out, and that most people are not bothered.

The repairs to this brand new vehicle took a week, and the dealership offered absolutely nothing in compensation while I waited, which costed me both time and money.

The last straw was when a hit and run damaged the front of the vehicle (not their fault), but enough for me to walk away.

The men I worked with were not bad people, they were in fact very kind. However the lack of attention to detail, situational awareness and seriously bad management with a customer paying $60K+ is insane.

I was excited to get a new car but the joy vanished because of the mistakes and run-a-round I have received from Glenoak. I asked to cancel my extended warranty and my ford maintenance (within the required time) as it made no sense to me to be paying interest on future services that I may not even need. Glenoak tried to get me to change my mind but eventually and reluctantly said it would be done. Much to my surprise it was not done and it took many calls and emails to get it looked after. I am still waiting on them to make right on the interest they charged me for the 4 months when they did not cancel like promised.

We recently purchased a 2019 Ford F150 truck from Glen Oak Ford. Spending a small fortune on a vehicle can be fairly stressful. Everyone at Glen Oak Ford that we dealt with were very professional and gave us confidence that we were in the right place. Chris Brooke was absolutely great. He walked us through the whole process and made it comfortable for us. He took the time to run through and demonstrate all the features of the truck. Manager Paul Wallace introduced himself and was there to support Chris throughout the sale. Great experience and great truck! Well done.

We just had our truck serviced at Glen Oak. We were in a pinch to get it in for Tuesday morning so we decided to drop it off on Monday afternoon. The service was scheduled for Tuesday. At about 4: 30, we got a call that the truck was ready! I can't say enough about the service and people at Glen Oak. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we are going nowhere else for service. Thank you Glen Oak!

Love my Ford, hate this dealership, I was lied to by sales manager multiple times, Forgot to put in my order for my Bronco and 6 months later realized their mistake and offered nothing to me. All this after they tried to overcharge me on the listed price of an Escape. They play dirty here use another dealership

Booking over a month to get an oil Change. Why did I even buy warranty from Ford? Now I have to go pay for my own oil Change when I've already paid ford.

They tried to sell me a van with 25,000 of dealer markup in the price. I priced the transit that they tried to sell me for $81,000 on their website for $55,000. What an absolute joke! Not only that but they didn't have the van even at the dealership so they wanted me to overpay by $25,000 on a van. I was going to have to sit and wait 12 to 18 months for. Talk about clowns. Instead of selling me a van today at full price and then selling me five more over the next 5 years they decided to get greedy and try and claw an extra a 25 grand out of me and lose my business forever
